Her Majesty and Royal Highness Queen Adecyn Zabinski of Elvectica has reportedly gone into CRITICAL CONDITION after an incident involving a CHANDELIER in the Royals of Elvectica's 4111st New Years Party Ceremony. It is still unknown whether this was committed on purpose, and no further suspects have been named at this point. Her Majesty is currently being treated at the Sparrow Vanburen General Hospital in Orbis Terrarum City, Centralis, Orbis, Orbis System, Galaxy of Sortis, Silas Supercluster, Universe-2AN. The Royal Guard have been put under full lockdown, and Defcon 2 has been immediately commenced.

Because of Her Majesty's absence and inability to lead the nation, her predecessor, Her ESTEEMED Majesty, QUEEN MARIANNE BORDEAUX the II of Imperial Elvectica has been reinstated as the Head of State, and Semi-Head of Government. The Prime Minister has been at the Queen's side for nearly four consecutive hours and plans to "stick with her no matter what." MNN's Voxel News sent a reporter at approximately five minutes after the Queen's hospitalization to interview the Prime Minister and gather reactions.

"We promised each other that no matter what, we'd always look out for each other," The PM says, tearful eyed, "And I promised that I'd never live with myself if we die separately..." The Voxel News Reporter replied, "And what does that mean, if you mind me asking?" "I'd kill myself is she dies -- that's how much she means to me. As a friend. As family. As a... as a girlfriend."

Because of the Prime Minister's absence, Her ESTEEMED Majesty, QUEEN MARIANNE BORDEAUX the II of Imperial Elvectica, is reportedly appointing herself as head of government. As her first action as head of state and head of government in more than 8 months, the ESTEEMED Majesty of Imperial Elvectica has reinstated Martial Law.

The united news outlets of the MNN have condemned Her ESTEEMED Majesty's actions and are therefore now filing a class action lawsuit against Her ESTEEMED Majesty and her newly appointed court on behalf of the Elvectican people.

Dear Reader,

It has come to Voxel News' attention that the Queen is planning something to deliberately damage our great nation. We are legally not allowed to release this information before a detailed analysis conducted by a separate organization, however in light of recent events that Voxel News is not specifically allowed to highlight, the board of directors have agreed upon sharing information with the public to raise awareness of the controversial actions of the Imperialistic Queen in power.

VEXA Supported Assassination Attempt & Coup d'etat

After a long autopsy of the crime scene, leading evidence suggests foul play from none-other than the illusive VEXA Corporation. Investigative analysts from the Elvectican Guard, Brumel United Press, Voxel News, Orbis Terrarum City Daily, and the Orbis Terrarum Police Department have deducted that the chandelier was deliberately cut down by a defective VEXA Brand rope gyro, which was hanging the chandelier. Eye-witness events dictate that Queen Marianne Bordeaux the II, who was invited personally by Queen Adecyn, was luring Adecyn closer to the chandelier, offering a drink at a table.

Two witnesses, who were also injured and taken to hospital had this to say:

Everything seemed fine. It even looked as if the two rival Queens were settling their quips and were happy. It all ended so fast.

She was laughing, and talking to the other guests who were invited. Although when more showed up, the Queen couldn't talk to
Marianne that much. That made her visibly irritated. I saw some tears roll down, and came to help, but she pulled out her phone and backed away quickly.
That was the last thing I remember from that night.

Their names will remain anonymous until Queen Adecyn is in power once more.

More witness accounts have been collected after numerous interviews conducted by the OTC PD. Their accounts are less reliable, simply because of the nature of the party.

I can't remember much what happened. We were far into the night. Maybe two, three in the morning on New Years, drunk. I saw the two... kiss?
I can't say for certain, but when the Queen left,[Marianne] was really flustered. People tried to calm her down but then the chandelier fell.

Well, I was at the back of the party, trying to get away from the craziness of it all. I think I was sober. I then saw maybe a dozen
heavily armed... security? They were wearing really dark black uniforms and helmets covering their head and neck, but had bright orange stripes and dots all over their shoulders and back.
I saw a logo on the back, "V." I know I've seen it in a news article once, but I can't put my finger on it.

Quoted above, witness four's description of the intruding security personnel matches perfectly with the physical appearance of VEXA Security Detail. However, witness four's account misses key features of the uniform, such as the radio 'tail' and pointed visor of the helmets. As stated before, these accounts may not be one hundred percent accurate.

After more investigation into VEXA's part, the coalition of public and private investigators have revealed that VEXA was in deals with Queen Marianne years before Queen Adecyn's ascension to the Crown in May of 3117 last year. VEXA is also known to be, in the past, supportive of Imperialist Elvectica, since weapons being purchased were mostly VEXA Brand. After the arrest of key members of parliament who were found to be VEXA puppets in July of 3117, Elvectica-VEXA relations severed and mercenaries were withheld from the National Defense Front. The coalition of investigative journalists and investigators are claiming that this 'incident' is no longer to be called one, and is in actuality an assassination attempt.

This attempt was committed by VEXA because of their interests in Arms manufacturing in Elvectica and was to stabilize markets by implanting a Queen that supported the VEXA Arms Divison.

The Elvectican Guard, Brumel United Press, Voxel News, Orbis Terrarum City Daily, the rest of the MNN Brodcasting Networks, and the Orbis Terrarum Police Department hereby supports the impeachment and eventual forced movement of the Queen in power by the government of Elvectica. It also supports the movement of power of head of state and government to the elected Prime Minister Jay Burdell who is currently by Queen Adecyn's side in hospital. Prime Minister Jay Burdell shows great love for her Queen and for her country and would be democratically literate enough for leadership.
