Standards of Personnel Training: Our contractors are divided into mainly two groups; civilian contractors and military contractors.

"Civvies" are trained very similarly to police, SWAT, or professional bounty hunter forces. They are trained in indoor combat, and are given the proper equipment any police force needs (tasers, pepper spray, service pistol etc.)

The ISC's Army, meanwhile, is used as a professional military force, with various divisions and sub-divisions.

Our troops must be atleast 21 years old, and pass all the entrance tests.

Weaponry Used: Our contractors are free to use the weaponry they wish, HOWEVER, if they are in a military unit they must use a primary weapon that is appropriate for their squad role (Designated Marksman, Rifleman, etc.)

Our lower class Civvie forces usually carry pistols, such as the Glock 19, or Beretta M9.
Our high-class Civvies carry Remington and Mossberg shotguns, AR-15s, and more, with appropriate weapon attachments for indoors fighting (flashlights, optics etc.)

Our military riflemen usually carry tactical rifles or carbines (HK 416s, M4A1, M16A4), once again with attachments (foregrips, optics etc.) Sometimes soldiers may opt to paint these weapons, usually to camouflage them.

Past Contracts: Our contract history is as follows:
-Request to the Government of Hatterleigh to assist in their investigation of an aerial bombing attack. Result: No response.
-Request to the Government of Xefron, to assist in their investigation of a bombing and shooting in the city of Gloria. Result: No response (yet)
-Request to the Pozna Battalion, a guerrilla force operating in the nation of Atov, in order to assist in their restoration of the Federal Democratic Party. Result: Success, troops about to be deployed to Atov.
