The Anti-Social Depressive Criminalization Act ( A.S.D.C.A)

The A.S.D.C.A was passed this year to deprive the N.O.L Party of much of there power. The N.O.L Party is determined to cause tragic terrorist actions to deprive the people LOLterra of their naturally happy and optimistic behaviour. By making people either depressed or antisocial, they cause them to be rebellious against the 1% Party and do terrorist acts. Some of these acts have been explosions and sabotage.
Th fight the S.O.L Party, we have made it a law that anybody who is depressed or shows unsocial behavior is a suspect and shall be treated like one. However, they have several solutions. They can be put on the drug Ecstasy-X, a powerful form of Ecstasy that lasts for a 24 hour period. They can renounce their participation in LOLterra, and be flown to any nation that will accept them. They can have a lobotomy done on there brain and thus live in LOLterra peacefully.
The main issue between the 1% Party and the S.O.L Party is there issue over mood. The 1% Party feels that life is unlivable unless you're pleased all the time. The S.O.L Party feels that being depressed or unsocial can have legitimate reasons to be unhappy can have advantageous reasons. Thus we have conflict.

They accuse us of having everyone on drugs, of censoring television ( We sort of do. We take out the sort of programs that would cause depression or anti-social acts).
