I have formed an economic cooperation alliance called the International Trade Union. My aim with this is to eliminate barriers between inter-alliance trade, as I have noticed that the majority of nations only trade within their alliance, when inter alliance trade would be more beneficial to the world as a whole.

I propose division. A number of islands will be given to the Akharan New State, and the Akharan Union, from the current Akharan Islands Territory, to make each faction have exactly 1/3 of the land.

"On the topic of adhesives," began Aozora, this time speaking herself, "I see no reason to ban them because nobody in Kyoki Chudoku is stupid enough to eat the things. We just use them as, you know, adhesives. It's like banning pens because it's technically possible to eat the ink inside of them. They do their job, we stop people being idiots with them, and that works."

We propose some amounts of international aid. Nothing for a dependency to arise, but enough to get them on their feet.
