The unification later on will be a hard one indeed, but like siblings they sometimes need to go their own way for a while to later unify under the same core ideals and history."

It is true, however if we'd want divided akhara, we would need them to be signatories to say that they would not join a military alliance to avoid genocide.

The counrty is in a mess, Empress. If we do not act, it will be a even greater mess than it was before. We can either divide the region, or try to unify it, once and for all.
