And a country divided like that would only reunify under one thing- a hatred of those who had taken their sovereignty from them. And that means an aggressive idiot will be in charge and bring them back to this situation in the first place. Based on this, I have to say that such a solution will lead to problems in the long run. Problems I would rather avoid."

Akhara is like an average, poor African country. With a corrupt government stealing from the people, and being puppeted by a much, greater power. And what do we do? We just sit there. I will withdraw UCPN troops from the region, and stop the occupation... if the rebel cells will comply. The country's already in shambles. Further action will only make the situation worse

I will continue to support the Akharan New State, in the hope that they become the dominant force in the islands.

Zakiron was dressed in a Sunaiyan military officer's suit, unadorned with any medals or military ribbons, save for the one unique patch that declared him Shogun - the Sunaiyan flag's crest, but with a katana replacing the star in between the wings.

He arrived at the summit in an escorted military cargo jet, alongside decorated General Shinobu Yamamoto, Zakiron's Chief Military Advisor and First Admiral of the Imperial Navy. The jet also contained a squad of Honor Guard, a special company within the Imperial Special Service that were devoted to protection of the late Imperial Family. Now they guard their sole Shogun and others essential to the newly reformed government.

They were sort of ready, since it had almost been a last minute decision on deciding to representing Hotel Lala's interests. But Zakiron's main tactic here was to observe the different arguments, and offer (hopefully wise...) insight to his Lady-and-Commander and fellow representatives.

Zakiron and General Yamamoto stepped off their craft and arrived at the Summit not a minute too soon, where already several attendees are arguing about solving the "Akharan Crisis". They soon took their seats as well, close by the other Hotel Lala representatives.

"I'm somewhat surprised such a small chain of islands could illicit such passionate responses..." The general muttered to Zakiron.

"That's because it's about the only ongoing internal conflict left in the region." Zakiron muttered back.

The Emperor had been silently observing for a while, looking at the ideas brought up, but it was now that he finally spoke up.

"I believe there is a solution to everything, the solution to trade matters not to me however as we have no trade, we make sure that we are fully self sufficient. There is trade for luxurious goods with other Pact nations but the essentials are all home grown.

As for the Akharan problem i do believe it is a good idea to split them into areas for the Akharans to go if they want to, i say the fascist Akharans get the north east, the communist Akharans the center and the centralist Akharans the western part of the island(s).

This way they are split up into groups that can be adressed to their individual needs which will speed up recovery from a century old glue based culture and economy."

The process of reunification will be a hard one though, especially if it is left disunited for a long time, difference of culture from the disunity could cause another social problem in the future.

Akhara is a virtual anarchy, totally different from our nations. It can be managed.
-Qianlong

"My opposition remains. I do not think that alliances that come very close to conflict at times would be able to sustain such a situation effectively, nor do I wish for the partitioning of puppet nations under the thumbs of various powers to become standard operating procedure for dealing with civil conflicts. This situation, in my eyes, proves why dissent must be crushed immediately and mercilessly. Otherwise we end up in places like this."

She wished to address the problem with splitting a country. In her eyes, that was setting a standard. She didn't want that to be an issue for her own territory in future.

Stupid glue-eaters made such a mess...

"I do support dictatorship. But the issue in my eyes is the potential our decisions here today will impact our future. Akhara is an unusual case, you could say, yet what nation here is truly usual? Akhara is like a powder keg. Changing it from one big powder keg to three smaller powder kegs right next to each other, in my eyes, doesn't help matters."

She had to avoid sighing at the end of that sentence. Every word was like stepping on a minefield.

"And if such forced changes become commonplace, regional stability will collapse."
This nation exists for fun and insanity, not to represent my actual views which are much more mundane and boring.

As discussions continue, three comets fall out of the sky, having departed from a large dark specter currently shadowing the convention center. The comets slam through the wall on the other side of chamber, and out steps...

"Sorry I'm late guys."

Out of the leading drop pod, Kirin Yuki, the Empress of the Most Glorious Principality of Yukkira, arrives in full-dress regalia. To either side of her, Kaori Asukara, Orochi Gioki, and her two children also step out with their accompanying attendants.

"Also, I brought my pet dragon... hope you all don't mind."

A three-headed dragon roars in defiance as it lands on the wreckage of the now ruined wall.
