A crew member of a cargo ship, sending cars into Europe sees a black spot under the water. They send a call to the Coastal Police, notifying them of a possible submarine. The ship turns back to the port of Providence.

The black spot mysteriously disappears by the time Costal Police arrive.

"Mr President, it is my best honor to call you to inform you that a possible submarine was found 400 miles off the coast."

"Oh no no no no... Keep an eye on the coast until further notice."

Chase Jackson receives a call from the Coastal Police.

A Northeastern Republic-flagged ship in the English Channel is subject to a flyby of 2 F-4s.

The British Government (I'm RPing as them as an AI) demand the Northeastern Republic leave their overseas territory, and mobilize a fleet of 10 destroyers, 3 light cruisers, a heavy cruiser, and an aircraft carrier to retake Bermuda by force if needed.

The Republic of Christiandom offers the assistance of 4 Warsaw-class Destroyers and 2 Königsberg-class Heavy Cruisers to help force the Northeastern Republic from Bermuda.

Northeastern Republic lines destroyers along the coastline and F-4's stationed on the island as well as 25% of all troops.

After being asked for an alliance by Krankriet, Dobrobyt's President, Sebastian Gorka, and his military advisers set up a meeting with Krankriet's Chase Jackson. They meet in what is established Polish Quarter, and its Governmental Hall.

Mr. Jackson and the rest of the Krankriet protection come in the room and have a seat.

"Hello, hello, Mr. Jackson. These are important matters, yes? I have been informed that you plan to create an alliance between our nations. So, tell me, what have you been doing right now? What provocations or attacks did you face?", proclaims Mr. Gorka.

"Oh yes, an excellent move on our part- we are taking Bermuda?", proclaims Mr. Jackson.

"What? You fool!", spits back Mr. Gorka. "The British will be over us in an instant!"

"What do you expect us to do? We can't give up!", yells Mr. Jackson.

"We must only defend ourselves if we are attacked! Don't fall for simple warmongering like that. Now you got submarines and ships surrounding your land, just waiting to strike, and Dobrobyt has no interest in being striked along with you. This meeting is dismissed.", says Gorka.

[Krankriet]

"Alright fine. I'll pull my troops from Bermuda if that's how you want it."

All Northeastern Republic troops pull out of Bermuda and return to guarding the coastlines.

If any submarines attempt to get within 200 miles of the Northeastern Republic without permission, they will be bombed.

(OOC: Once again, I'm Northeastern Republic in this RP)

"Alright fine. I'll pull my troops from Bermuda if that's how you want it."

All Northeastern Republic troops pull out of Bermuda and return to guarding the coastlines.

Gorka quickly notices and responds.

"You know, come back here for a moment."

They walk back to the Governmental Hall.

"I got a deal for you. Give us back the land from our eastern border all the way to Lake Michigan(IL, WI, IA and Minnesota) so we can move Polish Quarter back to where it truly was, where remains are. Our current Polish Quarter is completely out of the league. Then, we will give you some of our military technology and fight with you.", says Gorka.

"Alright fine. I'll pull my troops from Bermuda if that's how you want it."

All Northeastern Republic troops pull out of Bermuda and return to guarding the coastlines.

Give us back the land from our eastern border all the way to Lake Michigan(IL, WI, IA and Minnesota) so we can move Polish Quarter back to where it truly was, where remains are. "Alright, I'll give you western Ontario (from Thunder Bay and west) and the northern Michigan peninsula." Jackson says. "As well as your deal."

Gorka agrees and government moves back to what is the abandoned Government Hall in what was once Polish Quarter(Chicago). Rebuilding was relatively easy, as not much was changed. Citizens were still generally of the same demographic.

It was a normal day in Bolivia, with people walking around the streets of La Paz going on their regular business..however, at exactly 7:03 AM, a gunshot was heard in La Paz, and the leader of Bolivia fell dead. Not many were able to link the gunshots to the recent increase of soldiers at the Gagium embassy there. A ring of gunshots continued after the initial one, and by 7:17 several Bolivian government officials were dead. Around 80 Gagium special forces moved in on the La Paz government district. At 7:23 AM, around 120 Gagium soldiers from the Gagium consulate in Sucre claimed the official Bolivian capital for themselves. 8,000 Gagium soldiers moved in for La Paz at precisely 7:59 AM, and by 8:15 AM the Gagium Government had begun to make preparations for Bolivia to be integrated into Gagium.

"3... 2... 1... LIFTOFF!" intoned the countdown man, as the rocket went to full power and began to lift from the launch pad. President Lee, as well as numerous other government and military officials watched from the observation area as the vehicle began to rise into the sky, carrying the satellite Explorer 1 in hopes of a successful placement in orbit.

Scientists in the control room monitored the progress of the launch vehicle as it progressed on its way to space. After a flight of 115 minutes, it was confirmed that the launch had been successful, and that Explorer 1 was now in orbit, the first man-made object to do so.

The news was broken to the world at a press conference on the morning of the 13th, focusing on the scientific advances that could potentially result as a product of this project.

Meanwhile, the CSA military continued work in conjunction with the National Space Administration on exploring and implementing possible military uses of this technology.

1 million soldiers are sent to the borders between Bolivia and Paraguay, just in case Gagium invades this area.
"This might seem hypocritical, but its in defense of other nations." - says Mr. President Edmundo.
