"Puertollano bombed, invaded and forced a regime change on the Italian island. Something they themselves would curse at if it were a European power. At the very least the voice of the natives must be heard. I don't care if the Italians or the CSN hosts the referendum, but first and foremost that must be taken care of.
Secondly the reparations clause is highly recommended by the GU, the Puertollano government brought innocent civilians into this war, killing quite a few and destroying the lives of many more. Not only that but it opened up another massive front in what was a relatively isolated war. To not charge Puertollano for these acts would be a true crime"
“Don’t try to lecture us on the laws of warfare, your government is a cabal of convicted war criminals.”
