House Kyoki Chudoku

House Leader: Tsukamoto Kyoki (male, authoritrian, elderly)

Family: Samba Kyoki (son, warlike, patient), Ienobu Kyoki (male cousin, good at governing but corrupt, charismatic but an ineffective fighter), Kawai Kyoki (disgraced daughter with location unknown, charismatic and kind but pressuring, some claim she possesses nymphomanic tendencies), Azumi Kyoki (niece, disliked but good at combat), Kyoko Kyoki (young daughter, manipulative but charming, prone to illness and inexperienced), NOTE: The following are likely not considered direct family by anyone else Iwai Yuichi (experienced male governor granted adoptive noble title, strict but ultimately caring), Aozora Chiyumi (mysterious young female given noble title for unknown reasons, rarely seen but usually cheerful even around death, seems to be interested in the unnatural), Rokuda Tamura (male, self-proclaimed medical expert, values reason but is horrendous at combat and governance and was granted noble title to serve as the royal family's chief physician)

Castle Name: To no Yōsai

Main Unit(war): Chudokuren Samurai- warriors armed with curved swords and armour, but not shields. Capable warriors at melee but not effective at countering archers or other long-ranged troops. More difficult to rout than many.

House History: The name of House Kyoki Chudoku has its origins in a merging between two former royal houses. The Chudoku bloodline has largely become diluted, but the name is kept out of respect to them. The House is known for a history of brutality and scheming, always attempting to gain power for themselves and being hesitant to make negotiations that could cause them issues. Distrustful and paranoid, they are known to maintain a large standing army and enforce order upon their citizens. They have a considerable fleet to protect their coastal assets, including the ancient fortress of Fort Otoko upon their largest island possession. Their most important stronghold is however To no Yōsai, a mountainous citadel from which the House is offical ruled and which has a large number of underground structured and passageways.

Recently, the family has begun adopting certain individuals in order to bolster the fanaticism of their higher ranks, though the trend shows a clear favouring of brutal and authoritarian warriors and governors. House Kyoki Chudoku isn't a highly respected royal family, with such only getting worse in recent times. They have also begun an inclination into dicosveribg the unnatural and the arcane, which further alienates them from many. Notably, a large number of distantly related but disliked family members have begun vanishing under mysterious circumstances.

Eventually they moved back home, setting up a small castle named Wilhire. Soon they became aware of the piracy threat and began to build a navy. So far, the struggle to end pirate raids goes on.

Don't know if this is too late...but...

House Leader: Steffen Olson
Family: Blaise Olson (brother), Frederick Olson (brother) Vincent Olson (brother), Emilia Olson (sister).
Castle Name: Olson Castille
Main Unit: Xystopian Ghingtaro (Ghingtaro are medium armored, mounted archers. They are trained for 3 years before being deployed, and even their horses have a lot of armor! They are decently mobile, but not that fast due to the heavy weight. Excellent against infantry.)
House History: House Xystopia is a smaller house, dependent on fishing and it's advanced agriculture. They are very neutral, only seeking unclaimed lands. The house was formed in 980 A.D., when Xystop Olson took over a barbaric community and transformed it into a trading kingdom.

Accepted (but the special unit should have medium armour max if they're horse archers, plus 5 years of training would make them hard to mobilise. Other than that all is good)

by Friently
House Leader: Bryan von Friently

Family: Wesley von Friently (brother), Dianca von Friently (sister), Hans (son), Helene (daughter), Eva (daughter)

Castle Name: Yselfort

Main Unit(war): Mauersoldaten, slow heavily armored soldiers armed with short swords, pila and spears and equipped with shields that can link together with other shields and planted into the ground, great against charges and offences, weak against concentrated artillery.

House History: Having lived in the freezing far north surrounded by the ice cold waters of the bay of ice made the people of Friently seasoned hunters and accustomed to the cold, harsh conditions of the area. Many generations ago people crossed over from the main land to settle on what was called bear island. People who hail from this island are strong, hardy, large, loyal and no-nonsense. They often detest long talks going nowhere and prefer being straight to the point. This is best exemplified by its liege lords House von Friently.
Mostly keeping to itself the house has been neutral for a long time and has kept out of the mainlands issues for as much as possible only being bothered by the occasional raid attempt by both pirates and wildlings alike. Being focused on defence rather than offence House von Friently prides itself on making any place they defend unconquerable.
In recent times it has attained large parts of the wolfswood where it can get an almost unlimited amount of wood.
