[Grand Viscovian Kingdom]

It has been a prosperous year for the Kingdom, a war won, and the heiress to the throne has reached her second year, but there has also been tragedy and sorrow, with the bombing of a port city and the near assasination of King Charles II, who's arm is still in a case after being shot with two bullets, and worst of all, the death of beloved Queen Josephine, leaving King Charles once again the lone ruler of the kingdom. However time goes on, and the King has pulled through the pain of losing the queen, whom he held very dear.

It is now the 817th anniversary of the birth of the Grand Kingdom, and with eight centuries past, and many wars, disasters and changes, the kingdom still stands strong,. The Grand Palace, the great bastion of Viscovia City, has been prepared for nearly a week for this day, and the food, drinks, music, entertainment and fireworks will all be in great abundance, and will also see the attendance of both his majesty, King Charles, and his daughter, princess Violetta, who are the gracious hosts of the event.
