[Higher Japan]

This may be considered a direct sequel to the saga of the multiverse

For 3 months leaders had gathered in separate nations to first speak, but instead spent their time messing around with no regrets or concern for human life what so ever. As such, we have decided to bring this saga back. All leaders are welcome with no tech barriers limiting them. This time we will be travelling to the velvet room, a room between dream and reality, mind and matter. We hope you will stay, for the:

Alexandrian Naevius Axylus comes flying in from a Futuristic helicopter. He walks out in a very professional way and retains an emotionless exterior.

"Why was I invited to a, 'multiversal, interer-technological meetup between leaders'? At least I'm early."

- Naevius Axylus in a comically calm voice.

*A portal opens from Tamriel.*
"OK guy's I think this is it. I will leave it open for the Versilians."

"Never thought I would be here again."

"My first time in this strange place, so this is where Emeric got teleported off to back when the air put him to sleep."

Théodore squawks as he comes through the portal.

The Emperor descends to his bed, ready to interact with the place between life and death. As he lays down and pulls his cover, he cringes at the thought of all the work and worry he must face the next day. As his eyes close, he feels himself lifting out of his body and out of his room. He feels himself rising out of the room and out of the city. He rises out of the nation, and rises...
...

To an empty room with velvet walls and soft comfy carpet. As the Emperor opens his eyes, he stares in total shock on the ceiling, bright blue. He stares for only a few minutes, before rising himself off and placing himself on his feet. He looks around, before seeing twin women standing there, with other leaders standing nearby. He approaches them, and says...

Where am I? Who are you?

A low humming could be heard as a door opened. Out came two girls. "We welcome you back to the velvet room." The one with longer hair said as she held a clipboard.

Well... it happened. I'm dead, right?

The Emperor punches a wall, expecting pain to shoot into his arms. However, he feels nothing. Staring back at them, he blinks for a few seconds before walking over to the leaders and asking them what happened.

[Arctica-Aleutia]

A portal opens. On the other side is what seems to be some sort of portal-airport in the middle of an ocean. Through the portal comes President Wyatt Wizzard II of Arctica-Aleutia, his vampiric wife Larisa, their 15 year old adopted zorua son Duncan, and their 16 year-old adopted son Marty, who is a ghost and a kitsune.


Larisa notices that Duncan brought his cell phone with him and is playing a game on it. She snatches it and tosses it back through the portal, which then closes.

"Good day, everyone," Wyatt began. "I hope we ended up in the right dimension. I'd hate to be barging in on something."

[Higher Japan]

"You're in the velvet room. It's blue yes but you aren't dead. You're merely our guest here." The girl with shorter hair said as she used her baton as a staff.

"No this is not the afterlife, your just... inbetween things. Outside of your normal dimension so get comfy for this is where the party is."

"Now, how shall we start this up? With a classic banquet? Or maybe a warm-up fight?"

[Willania Imperium]

Really? Well, since I'm apparently dreaming...

The Emperor closes his eyes and thinks of something. Suddenly, a large gigantic computer pops out of nowhere with buttons that need to be jumped on to work.

Might as well enjoy it!

"Oh! How could i forget old tradition!" The empress said as clones appeared as usual before using their dual bladed light sabers to attack the leaders. "That reminds me. This is Justine, and this is Caroline." She said as she pointed to the long haired girl then the short haired one.

[Arctica-Aleutia]

"Now, how shall we start this up? With a classic banquet? Or maybe a warm-up fight?"

Wyatt: "Err... maybe the first option?"

Larisa: "Oh, don't be such a wimp. This is a place between life and death. Nothing bad can happen."

Wyatt: "But the children are here!"

Larisa: "They've seen plenty of stuff. And I'm feeling a bit... bloodthirsty today... don't worry, I won't hurt anyone too bad."

Wyatt: "It worries me a bit when you get like this. Let's see what the others have to say."

[Graag Brom]

Nathaniel pulls out his daggers and starts slashing at the clones and Dinorous joins him meanwhile Mnemoli starts throwing fireballs and Théodore starts ripping clones apart.

Then they introduce themselves while doing everything aforementioned.

"Emperor Dinorous Septim I"

"Prince Nathaniel Emerico of High Rock."

"Mnemoli of Jehanna."

Théodore squawks.

[The Seryyiok Empire]

The Emperor just decided to visit a hostile nation for finding on what drugs they are on for thinking him a tyrannical moron, which he's obviously not can be as sometimes and there are his medical issues though that still doesn't make him a tyrant by what his ideology of the Imperial doctrine in the Kingdom that he follows to the teeth.He would fade into appearance from black mist with him dressed in his new casual black uniform(Look at factbooks to see as I ain't got time for being fancy details).He had his hand placed on the bud of his katana on his sword examining the room with some strangers and some family's faces."Greetings, hostest and may what insanity have I fallen into?" He asked as that wasn't really the right thing to say but knowing him he doesn't much give a dang.

"This room is too small." Caroline said as she snapped her fingers, causing the room to expand into a large cell block.

[Sleet Clans]

OOC: OH FUCK ME IT'S BACK!

Let the insanity begin anew!

IC: A lone Sleetavian V22 Osprey swoops in and lands right next to everyone. When it lands, out step both President Resne Geweha and Emperor Poltokhonis IV

R: "Huh, didn't expect to be back so soon. You really did miss a lot, Polto, I'll say that much!"
P: "Well, what with you galavanting off on these little adventures and leaving me to deal with the friggin Council...oh, hello everybody"

The two leaders' conversation ends as they greet the other leaders

I'd say a classic banquet, please! I didn't plan for any fights, and I doubt I want to lose my neck.

The Emperor starts rubbing his neck fearfully.

After getting out of the helicopter, Naevius Axylus would just use his teleporter to enter the velvet blue room.

"I seriously have no clue who had the helicopter idea when nobody important would see it."

Deciding to introduce himself to the people in the room that was ignoring him...

"Hello leaders of the Multiverse, I am Alexandrian Naevius Axylus, elected representative of the people of The Kleitosian Coalition and Vanguard Party of the People's Seventh Republic of Alexandria. Oh... people are already trying to be clinically insane."

-Naevius Axylus, still his cold and professional tone that makes stoics seem like eccentrics.

[Kiwination]

"It's time, hun, I'll see you in a few hours. These adjustments to your augmentation should be great. Don't worry."
The Prime Minister of Kiwination, Rangatira Anaru, nods to his wife, before she administers the barbiturates to induce his coma. His eyes grow heavy, then shut, leaving him to expect the following silence.
Instead, he awakens on the floor in a blue velvet room and looks around confused, then notices the others with him.
"Oh gods, where am I and what are all you doing here? Am I dead? I better not be dead..."
