After Jueia accepted a pact offer by the People's Republic of Sekigun for mutual protection and trade, The Hungarian Empire immediately made it clear that it would not stand a sovereign nation doing as it pleased. For no good reason other then "To stop the spread of communism" it quicky shut down the Border with Jueia and placed Heavily Armed Solders on the Border. Ordering them to fire a upon any Jueian who tries to enter. It considers us to be a "Threat" to the Empires way of life. The Emperor just now gave a Speech to the Imperial Senate about his response to this unneeded aggressive action by a bordering country.

"My fellow Jueians, we are the victim of selfishness and greed. This "empire" beside us has unfortunately decided to attack us for our own decisions on National Security! This will not stand, the Imperial Government has just responded with fire to fire! The Jueian Empire hereby Embargos the Hungarian State. All trade, stopped! Any Hungarian found In Our wonderful
Nation, caught and thrown in Prison. If this nation wishes to toy with us, we will not hesitate to react in the most brutal of ways. Let it be known, that me and the State want you, Jueians to be safe and protected at all costs! Which means if we must fight wars and win them, then so be it!"

Sekigun and Vatican Italia Meet

At 9:00 pm ET The Speaker of Sekigun meets the Pope of Vatican Italia at Hiroshima International Airport, where the pope will be escorted to the Palace of Tokyo to discuss national interests.
"Your Grace, we are honored by your presence and glad to have you here. I know you have some questions about how our government works we are open to answer any thing you wish to know, as long as it does not threaten national security."
Keiji Kokuta bows his head and asks the pope to have sit. Speaker Kokuta smiles eagerly to see how the meeting will go.

The Pope does not look up when Kokuta talks. He keeps his eyes on the table and his hands on his lap. Alexander then takes a deep sigh and adjusts his hat. "That is very funny coming from one of the aggressors who displayed hostilities to our friend gelug, and one of the founding members of this provocative communist league of reds. Tell me, did you only give up on your fellow reds when you didn't anticipate the wraith of Imperial china-shou or when all of my European neighbors decided to band against you?

"Your Grace... I will not lie to you... at first the Red Alliance was created in purpose of spreading communism... even if that meant forcibly. As I look back, I find myself foolish, lacking understanding of the full weight of that decision, but now that I have seen, or begin to see, the error of my ways I have change my mind. I change my mind about how to treat nations, not because of the threat of war, but because the evil that it is to war over another nations issue." Kokuta lowers his head and then raises it.

The Pope raises his head surprised, expecting immense pride and nationalism. "Well this is a surprise. Not only have you admitted your faults but have also retained a level of respect? Are you sure you're a communist because for a moment i mistook you for a democracy. Getting straight to the point, we will establish relations, but only after you arrange a meeting with the imperial china-shou where we will conduct a peace treaty without bloodshed."

With great pride the speaker reaches out his hand as in agreement with the terms. "It will be done as you have said Your Grace. Thank you. If you have any more questions please ask. Do you have more questions? You seemed to have some more before you can... About our culture, government, etc." Smiling he tills his head and waits for Pope Alexander to answer.

The Pope stands up. "Unfortunately we do not have the time to discuss trivialities, as one of your former allies have just declared and classified the both of us as dangerous threats. I must get home without haste to consult with the Magisterium and to make contact with my european neighbors. Until then take down your red banners and attempt to contact China. With that i wish you well and goodbye." The Pope then leaves.

"Very well, thank you for coming." The speaker walks the pope to his vehicle. "I hope to hear from you again, your grace."

"If anyone is still alive, then why not."

Senate Announces Rearmament Program

It is no secret that the Confederation maintains a great dedication to the quality and strength of its military, the armed forces form the structuring of our nation, holding it up against the pressure of its enemies. However it is no secret how much of the equipment in use is outdated to some degree, from old tanks to old ships, the military has fallen somewhat behind in regards to the quality of its equipment. The new rearmament bill passed by the senate today however plans to fix that, giving several billion dollars to the military for equipment and vehicles, including the upgrading of the nations remaing M60A3 Patton tanks to the more modern 120S variant, which has been a vital part of the Army for some time now.

Though it is not known what other improvements will be made, we can rest assured that the military will be getting a brand new look before long.

Europe Leads With Anti-Comintern Pact

Yesterday, representatives from The Slavic Race, The Britannica Isles and Magyar Monarchia gathered in Budapest to discuss the reaction to the rise of Communism in the east and the threat it represents to all the world.

Discussions were reported to have been of a most warm nature as the three monarchs discussed the appropriate measures to be undertaken in order to respond to the Communist menace. While it was indeed a quick affair, most are hoping that a strong and stable friendship has been struck between our three nations for the foreseeable future.

As mentioned before, the negotiations were indeed of an extremely quick nature with a sense of urgency displayed by all present. Regardless, strong cooperation led to a signing and sealing ceremony performed by all three monarchs on the document fully affirming our commitments to each other in repelling the Red Terror.

China Mobilizes Against Communist Terrorists

At 15:20 today, the so-called People's Manchu Liberation Army attacked numerous police stations across eastern Manchuria, with notable attacks occurring in Harbin and Songyuan. According to local reports, communist terrorists swarmed the unprepared police complexes, brutally beating police officers to death. While information on the total number of fatalities are still vague, an estimated guess placed the number between ninety and one-hundred-fifteen police men and women were killed. An accurate list of total dead and the names of the deceased are likely to surface in the morning after investigations.

Warnings have been issued to the areas around Harbin as the National Guard is mobilized to assist smaller towns that were reportedly attacked by the group. World Conference Accords Nanjing Summit in review

NANJING, CHINA || The historic congress of international leaders has concluded. The Nanjing Summit held in Nanjing, China was the first in a series of three summits in the World Conference Accords, a series of summits held to establish the planned, intergovernmental body known as the World Conference. This summit saw the leaders of twelve nations from Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Africa discuss vehemently on the objectives and composition of the World Conference.

The initial agenda for the Nanjing Summit enlisted the discussion of the World Conference's objectives and role, establishment of the World Conference's principle organs, deciding the official languages of the World Conference, and the appointment of nations to the World Conference's principle organs. However, the discussions of the World Conference's objectives and principle organs were prolonged and agreement was limited. The Gelugpa delegation's proposals were deemed radical by many nations, particularly by the European delegations. With discussion spanning weeks, compromises were made, but a consensus was not reached.

The final matter of the Nanjing Summit was to decide the World Conference's official languages. English was unanimously decided as the primary official language, as were Arabic for Africa, Mandarin Chinese for Asia-Pacific, and Spanish for the Americas. The secondary language for Europe was contested. French, Russian, Swedish, and German were each proposed. After a vote among the European delegations, Swedish was chosen as the secondary language for Europe.

The success of the Nanjing Summit is gauged as low by Gelugpa diplomatic pollsters. Of the four objectives on the agenda, only the decision of official languages was completed. Disagreement between nations led to the postponing of the three other objectives being discussed in the Saint-Denis Summit held in France. Irish Terrorists Assault Budapest

A bomb-blast this morning heralded an attack by Irish terrorists against the British embassy in Budapest. The group of ten IRA terrorists first detonated a car-bomb outside the entrance to the embassy, killing British embassy guard Henry Shaw. Following the destruction of the gate, four other car bombs were detonated in the busy streets around the embassy killing 46 pedestrians and motorists and injuring 193 others. Seizing the embassy the IRA terrorists killed all four remaining security guards before rounding up the embassy staff and imprisoning them in the embassy cellar. It appears however that despite these actions, the true target of the attack, Ambassador Graham, was absent having not yet arrived in at the embassy.

Following a standoff with Hungarian Special Forces Grenzers and the now besieged IRA, the as yet unidentified IRA spokesman delivered a series of demands for the release of all IRA terrorists held captured in Britain and abroad. Having made their demands the terrorists threatened to kill three of the embassy staff every three hours until his demands were met.

In response to this attack on Hungarian soil, representatives of the Russian Empire volunteered the services of their specialist Spetsnaz unit in assaulting the embassy. With permission from the Grenzer command on-site, Russian Spetsnaz released an incapacitating agent into the embassy causing extreme drowsiness among the terrorists and rendering unconscious most of the embassy staff in the cellar. Immediately following the release of this agent, Hungarian and Russian forces stormed the embassy,
rescuing the staff in the cellar and conducting a floor-by-floor attack on the immobilised IRA. By the end of the assault, six of the IRA terrorists had been killed and four taken into custody, as opposed to only three members of the joint Hungarian/Russian task-force receiving injuries. In the assault, one member of the embassy staff, Barbara Jones was injured receiving a bullet wound to her leg, however her injuries were not serious and she was evacuated without incident.

This serious attack on Hungarian soil has given rise to serious doubts concerning the security of our borders and the systems in place to monitor the sale and distribution of dangerous chemicals and firearms. Current identification of the recovered terrorists has revealed the identities of six terrorists, four being recent arrivals from Ireland and the other two being citizens of the Kingdom of Poland of Irish descent. The Queen of Poland authorised the Polish security forces to take the families of the Irish/Polish terrorists into custody to determine whether they have further knowledge which may be of use to the investigation.

Today the Emperor has formally signed off, with the unanimous support of the Imperial Parliament, a declaration of war against the French Republic of Finaslav, and the Rebel Republic of Manchuria. The Emperor authorised the mobilisation of 200,000 troops of the Imperial Army for use in attacking the Republican forces in France,
and for transport to Imperial China for the purpose of suppressing Manchurian rebels.

The events in France followed a long series of events in which the French royal claimant received sudden and massive support from members of the French public as a reaction to the rise of aggressive socialism/communism in multiple locations throughout the world. As a socialist regime, the republic has been viewed by many in Europe as merely an extension of the war against socialism in Europe. Currently Hungarian forces are beginning their invasion by crossing the river Rhine and besieging the cities of Strasbourg, Metz and Mulhouse.

Events in China however came as a complete surprise to many within both Hungary and China, as nationalist and communist forces declared a war of independence against the Imperial Government in Nanjing. Hungary has had traditionally close relations with the Chinese Empire and the Emperor has viewed his actions in providing military support as merely an act of friendship between two monarchs.

We showed it how to grow, influence minds and cause damage. The trouble in the legitimate French government was caused by war Hawks, people who want power for themselves and to oppress Ctizens of their nation. Unlike most European powers, Jueia will respect the sovereignty of the French state to solve its own problems. Jueia will not enter the war between republicans and Monarchists, nor do we intend to supply any side. Whichever side wins, we will welcome with open arms. And if needed will help their citizens."

Reporters from all over the World asked the Imperial Spokesman if the Imperatore endorses any side of the conflict. The Spokesment response was "His Imperial Majesty sees no need to support either side, as they are endangering the lives of innocent citizens."

Earlier this morning, the Upper Secundian Ambassador to Paris, handed the French Government a final note, stating that unless we heard from them by 11 'O clock, that they were prepared at once to surrender their troops in France and allow the peaceful reestablishment of the Monarchy, a state of war would exist between us. I have to tell you now, that no such undertaking has been received. And consequently, this nation is now at war with the French Republic."

Troops have been deployed into Southern France, but we here are yet to hear of their success. However, in the capable hands of High General Hadrius Asellio, we have no doubt that they will have a swift victory and that this war will be over soon.

PM Farzin Nahid Announces New Economic Initiative

The Confederation of Democratic Gulf States with the Northern Economic Corridor Highlighted in Red

1206 Union Street, Bandar-e Abbas - The Prime Minister of The Confederation of Democratic Gulf States (CDGS) Farzin Nahid announced today a new set of economic polices he labeled the Northern Economic Corridor Initiative. This announcement coming only several weeks after his Conservative Party swept to power in national elections due to his party's promises of economic reform and prosperity. Nahid described the new policies as a "huge step forward" for the CDGS and encouraged other nations to invest in the CDGS. "This new economic corridor will create a great economic boom for the nation and ensure that the CDGS will be open for business for the foreseeable future."

The new polices, past earlier today by the Conservative Party's majority in the Peoples Representative Parliament, possess a two pronged approach to creating economic prosperity in the northern regions of the CDGS. First, taxes are lowered on investments (both foreign and domestic) in the region, and loans for small business are subsidized by the national bank. He has claimed Central China as his pro-claimed Empire, claiming Nanking as so-called 'Hidden City', many Dragon Troops, (estimated to be 350,000 troops & 50,000 millitias.), as they currently reside in Central China, however, they are split into pieces with 5,000 and a general. Foreign Secretary OKs Gas Deal With Aetheriona

1206 Union Street, Bandar-e Abbas - The Foreign Secretary announced today in a press statement that a proposed gas deal between national oil company Gulf State Oil Co. had been approved and had the full support of Prime Minister Farzin Nahid and his Conservative Party. The deal comes at an opportune time for PM Nahid, who will most likely claim the deal is a victory for the CDGF economy. However, the deal comes at a less than opportune time for Aetheriona, which appears to be mobilizing certain parts of its military in response to a Chinese Ultimatum ordering them out of the Straight of Mozambique.

Critics have accused the government of wading into the dispute, but the Foreign Secretary expressed his belief that the sale was, in his words, "Purely a business deal, nothing else" during the press conference in which he announced the deal. "If the Imperial Chinese-Shou expressed interest in an oil deal with us, we would be happy oblige."

The Democratic Gulf States Navy, released a statement today warning against any interference with the Aetheriona bound gas ships, saying, "The DGSN has a sworn duty to protect the citizens of the Democratic Gulf States on the gas ships in question, and will not hesitate to sail into disputed waters in order to fulfill this duty." For the relatively untested DGSN, the deal has presented an opportunity to prove itself to the nation that it is worthy of the funding it asks for in annual budgets but usually never receives due to the lack of focus on Naval power in the military establishment. Up until now, the country has had little need to project its power across oceans, but it seems that now more than ever this is about to change.

Opinion: Gulf States Should Back French Monarchists In Civil War

Based off of recent developments in the French Civil War, it seems pretty apparent that the Monarchists in France are on the verge of an all out victory. What does this mean for the Democratic Gulf States? It means an opportunity to reset and redefine relations with the French Nation. Supporters of the Monarchists in the Gulf States are pushing for PM Nahid's government to aid the monarchists with monetary and possibly material aid, with many conservative leaning pundits now vocally supporting such an action on television across the nation. So far, the government is remaining neutral and mute on the subject, but I believe this could all change for the better very soon.

As the Monarchists march across France and if, (or when) they establish a state, they may find the need to import oil and other natural resources in order to sustain and rebuild an economy currently in the midst of a bloody civil war. The Democratic Gulf States, on the other hand, are looking for two things: foreign investments and countries to export to. Sounds like a win - win situation, right? It benifits everyone involved except for the Socialist French Government, who would now loose legitimacy if foreign countries began dealing with the monarchists instead of themselves.

I believe that if the current PM has a truly smart, pragmatic approach to foreign policy, he will contact the French Monarchy now and engage in trade talks with them, and recognize them as the rightful rulers of France.

Hungarian forces which played an instrumental part in the southern and eastern offensives are being celebrated throughout France as well as taking part in the massive cleanup operations currently underway throughout the war-torn country. Hungarian forces did not escape this war entirely unscathed, particularly in the south-eastern Savoy disaster which saw 483 Hungarian dead and 2,522 wounded in the desperate battle to prevent the main Hungarian force from being encircled. Hungary is not likely to escape politically unscathed as well, this being due to the Hungarian military doctrine which holds the lives of soldiers very dearly and prefers to throw ordinance at a target rather than men. The results of this doctrine being the large-scale destruction of much of the French countryside and several towns and cities, the accompanying statistic of course being the list of civilian casualties which are still being counted.

Julius Alexander VII has announced the defeat of the French Republic and the reinstatement to the House of Bourbon. It comes after a short but bloody war in which 379 of our brave soldiers were killed. The news comes after the Republican Front completely collapsed after an onslaught of Hungarian, British, Monarchist and Upper Secundian forces.

Many people have praised the skills of High General Hadrius Asellio, who led our forces to victory in Southern France, and is to be created a Knight of the Order of the Gladius, the highest military award available.

However, some have criticised the newly created Bourbon Kingdom, as well as Hungary for not giving due credit to Upper Secundus for the role her forces played in securing victory, such as the occupation of Montpellier and the destruction of artillery that was targeting the Hungarian Blockade.

The Grand Duke has announced that no military action will be taken in China, but has assured that massive amounts of money will be sent to the legitimate Chinese Government, and that Upper Secundus welcomes any refugees from the Chinese Empire that seek asylum to escape the fighting.

Rd., Zhongzheng District, Taipei - The provincial governor of the Formosa and Ryukyu Islands Autonomous Province (FRIAP) Chiang Ching-kuo announced the formal declaration of statehood for Formosa and Ryukyu Islands from the Christian Empire of China over radio and television broadcast. The Taiwanese declaration of statehood was prepared after an unsanctioned, referendum was conducted by the autonomous province's government showed 67% of Taiwanese voters are in favor of independence, 19% in opposition to independence, and 12% of abstaining from voting. China Responds to Taiwanese Secession

Following the unprecedented declaration of secession by Chiang Ching-kuo, politicians on Beijing looked to Prime Minister Jiang Wei. Following a press conference, he stated that he would be drafting a speech to condemn such an illegal action under the laws of the Imperial Charter. While details have been scarce on the event, the Prime Minister confirmed suspicions that the poll numbers were manipulated. According to the Ministry of Intelligence and Reconnaissance, the actual number of the polls was 79% against the "independence" movement, 11% abstaining, and 10% for the movement. Despite this overwhelming support for the Chinese Empire, Chiang's government still decided to declare independence, though he clearly believed that polls would be more in his favor. Following Chiang's speech declaring independence, an internet and communication blackout struck Taiwan and Liuqiu, cutting off communications. This has greatly affected Chinese military bases as no communications were able to travel to and from the garrisons across the island. This strange occurrence leads many to believe that Tsai's government has cut off communications with the rest of the world as he attempts to deal with protests within cities.

Several minutes after the communications blackout, Prime Minister Jiang Wei himself condemned Chiang Ching-kuo and his seemingly oppressive government. Gathering hundreds in front of the Parliamentary Building, Minister Jiang addressed Chiang's document with his own.

The rebellious politician named Chiang Ching-kuo proclaims that it is the unalienable right of everyone to be free and independent. This statement I agree with. However, this is not what Chiang has done. He denies the people of Taiwan of freedom of press and speech in an attempt to create a sick, oppressive government under his own iron fist.

While Chiang believes that China has kept Taiwan and Liuqiu as forms of "trophies," I must object. Taiwan and Liuqiu have been several components of the backbone of the Chinese Empire that spans the world today. It is because of the commitments of the Taiwanese and Liqiu people that have allowed us to prosper together. During the travels of Hsu Yongjie, a native of Taiwan, the great inventor was recorded stating this; "The Mainland of China and the islands of Taiwan and Liuqiu are like cogs in a machine. Without one another, the machine would fall apart." This cannot be any more evident, especially in the last one hundred years. As China provided the money and workers for the islands, Taiwan and Liuqiu improved economically and in quality of life, China did too! The investments of the Chinese people to the Taiwanese and Liqiu people were returned as trade flowed at a greater rate than ever before. This type of cooperation are what leads to the benevolent friendship that existed, and still exists between China, Taiwan, and Liuqiu.

Chiang and his government claim that the people of Taiwan and Liuqiu are discontent with the "Christian Imperial Government of China" when this is a blatant lie. Before communications were cut between the island and the rest of the world, Chinese bases in the region reported that the polls were much different, likely to the disappointment of Tsai. As many may know, nearly 80% of the population were against a drastic move, and it is understandable why! Nearly 99.2% of the population proclaims Christianity as their religion! A poll done earlier this year showed almost 74% of the population was in support of the crown, despite the fact that China is under a democratic system of governance and no longer requires a monarchy to run! This type of blatant lying is all Chiang can do as he sees the failures in his proposed fascist state.

I will not stand idle as the people of Taiwan and Liuqiu are oppressed by a corrupt, power-hungry government! Nor will I allow for such an unlawful secession from the Chinese state! After holding discussions with the Ministry of Defense, the Christian Empire of China hereby declares that it will be dispatching a peacekeeping force that contains the 3rd Mechanized Corps and the 11th and 15th Armored Cavalry Battalions to assist bases in Taiwan and Liuqiu in containing the corrupt government of Chiang Ching-kuo. Within several weeks, Taiwan and Liuqiu will be liberated. Long live the Empire! Long live China!

Following this grand speech, the Chinese Royal Navy was deployed to Taiwan and Liuqiu to assist in operations. Reports are that Chinese bases in the regions are currently under attack by pro-Chiang rebels. The additional forces are to arrive by tomorrow, and the push to knock out Chiang's government has already begun. Already, there have been reports of rebellions against Chiang's government according to Chinese reconnaissance craft and satellite images. Sooner or later, the question will be "what will happen to Chiang when he is captured?"
