When everything is finalized the President's administration wants to set up a state visit for President Rockwell to Vex Imperium. An agenda will be posted should the invitation be accepted. I prefer that we don't create an elaborate bureaucracy just yet. Simply put, we don't enough members. It will only slow the process in small alliances (such as the CASDT currently), once we gain more members it will help us.

Am in complete agreement with not putting up more red tape than we absolutely need.
What I intended to mean (if I was a little unclear) was that we would create a basic framework of structure in order to get the Alliance moving. I'm thinking nothing complex; a direct democracy in the Legislature, the SG being first among equals in the organization as its head for the Executive, and my thoughts are still swimming around as to our starting Judiciary.

In the beginning, most things should be regionalized, like enforcement of laws, but as we grow, centralization will become key to efficiency. I'm not sure yet as to specifics, but we should have a rough idea of a series of benchmarks; when x amount of nations are in the alliance, we should have y, which could be anything from more offices to structural changes.

The fabrication of said framework will be done through an open forum and later given up for approval. Well, those are my SG plans for the near future!

Wonderful! It's always good to see democratic organizations bringing people together. Speaking of which, what's the plan on that summit looking like? When should we be sending ceremonial TGs to our fellow allies and hopefully friends, when should we be preparing accommodations, and when should each one of our nations diplomacy teams be cramming sleepless nights in trying to find out the best relations and which customs to observe?

Sure! Just to note: the original proposal was to be a visit to the Vex Imperium, but in theory Zazumo could host it too, as the suggestee.
For the format of the meeting, I think we should all first chat over a few appetizers, then have a general discussion on matters of the CASDT and what we want done. A couple of hours later comes dinner, then we reconvene the next morning to discuss for as long as we need to, the matter of our system of government.

I've already got some rough frameworks on the idea, and will gladly subject them to discussion and debate during the summit. Just an idea of mine; how about we call our plan (once it's done) the "Alliance Articles"?
