Pasichnyk sat back down at the table after having made a call. She slid the antenna back into her massive cell phone and put it back in her purse. Soloveitchik slid an entire page's worth of notes over towards the Premier. She looked it over carefully. "Student exchange programmes? I love the idea, and our students learning the languages of their socialist comrades should create a sense of unity between our people," Pasichnyk said, still reading.

She perked up and turned her attention away from the notes when Fujimori suggested a common currency. "I'm certainly in favour of that proposal," the Premier said, nodding. "I think a common currency would be most beneficial."

Pontus Simulated Naval Center

Named after the primoridal greek god of water, Pontus serves as a realistic naval raid and defense center. The artificial lake, 3 by three kilometers wide and 2 meters deep, has a massive replica of a Provider-class Destroyer in the middle.

Excersices

Capture: Trainess will be split into two teams. Raiders and Defenders. Raiders must plant their flag on the ship's hull, while Defenders must prevent that from happening. Built to simulate a raid/defense against pirates.

Loot: The trainess will be split into two teams. Guards and Sneakers. Sneakers must take five folders from the ship and back to shore without any of the Guards noticing. Built to simulate stealth missions.

*All ammuntions will be replaced by Airsoft Pellets. No armor will be worn to simulate real damage. Weighted ingots along the back.

"This plan looks excellent. If it's one thing our militia have learned during the conflicts four years ago, it's how to be stealthy."

As soon as languages were mentioned, First Worker Orol Marx groaned and said "Altpeak is a linguistic nightmare. We have thirteen different language families let alone distinct languages and dialects, making press releases an utter pain to organize. The most widely spoken is Gorzhykas, a Slavic language which is almost a cross between Ukrainian and Russian with elements of some Katvelian and Anatolian languages thrown but only 12% of the population are native speakers of Gorzhykas. Most Altpeakians learn decent Gorzhykas in school and through the army and many go on to learn English, a lot from the south of Altpeak also learn Luwian, the second largest language of Altpeak and mainly only spoken in the south of the country. However, there is still 7% of the population who don't even speak Gorzhykas to a decent standard and only 21% of the population have any knowledge of English".

Pausing, he then added "I don't think a united currency for the EUCS would be a good idea. It would chain the economies together too tightly and offer too little room for maneuvre".

A unification of our economies is a bad idea (just look at this insconpicous alternate unviverse's grece), because doing so would do more bad than good long term. But at the same time trade between us is tricky due to exchange rates and random things. I suggest the creation of a Cominterm Official Trade Unit, which all of our transactions be made with.

Tamara: "Yes, comrade Dotler this is exactly what I was suggesting. A commom trade unit for the transactions within Comintern while allowing monetary independance of individual members. I would also like to point out, on the example of the Free Territories, that decentralized monetary policy works as a great model if you have parts of your country that are relatively underdevoleped. It enables great freedom in localized economy, while at the same time preventing shortages."

First Worker Orol Marx stood up and said "On the subject of a unified Comintern Fund, according to Altpeak's Commissar for Internal Affairs, we can spare 0.5% of our Law and Order budget, a figure which amounts to 356.5 billion marks, approximately equivalent to $384.485 billion. That's enough to cover the planned training exercises, especially when counting in Emericia's contribution. Therefore, even as our staff are writing up a more in depth briefing, we have begun to lay the preparatory ground work for Exercise Tamara. As part of this ground work, we have decided to commit the 19^th infantry division to Exercise Tamara. The 19^th is mainly drawn from Magyar communities so it will, like all other Comintern forces, be unable to understand the people selected to play the role of the civilian population when they speak in their native languages. Could the other Comintern nations please declare how many troops they will be committing to take part in Exercise Tamara?"

"We will be committing the 2^nd Infantry Division, mainly consisting of militiamen and women taken from central Kihdis, near the cities of Qamishli and Aleppo. There are approximately 11 thousand soldiers in this division, but each soldier will have had basic English lessons so they may communicate with other Comintern units."

Anatoly said: "We will contribute 5th Zaporozhie Motorised Rifle Regiment to Tamara, 1st Armour division to the Just Cause exercise and 7th Militia Volunteers division to the exercise Impenetrable Shield."

"Unfortunately I have no military," said Lundkvist. "However, I would like to send one or two people to watch the exercises, if that's okay with you. That way, I will have some ideas for how to organise the military for the future Nordic Democratic Republic."

"Three divisions and a regiment?" said Rodimtsev "That's near 47,500 men. The Nugrad Urban Warfare Facility can only contain 45,000 troops at a time. Therefore, we're going to need to cut back on the number of men being deployed by Altpeak, Tegrad and Kihdis. So, only half of the 19^th division will be deployed".

"We will reduce our commitment to include only two regiments, the Aleppo Defence Militia, and the Qamishli Defence Militia, totaling only 8000 infantry."

[Kazakovia]

"I was planning to send a Rifles Division to help in the training exercise and then two Rifles Regiment to participate in the exercise itself. I'm also going to contribue 32.4 billion markovs which has a value of 1:1 with Emerician Rubles. I suppose you shouldn't cut the amount of soldiers you are going to send, we can work on having more people being trained. Besides, only a few nations have enlisted for the exercises yet. We don't know if there are more coming." Auel Clovis looks at Comrade Rodimtsev.

"GSF Tegrad will also reduce the troops being sent. We will send only the 2nd Prokolensk Brigade of the 9th Infantry Division, totalling 3,500 troops."

[Altpeak]

"Adding in the Kazakovian rifle regiments, that brings the numbers of troops participating in the exercise down to 32,000 troops, leaving room for an extra 13,000 troops from other Comintern nations".

The spoken language is a complete isolate and was reformed over a dozen times as well. The written system is pictographic wherein there are 300 letters each with their own sound and meaning which you string together to make words." said Arminius

"Vegaslovakia is prepared to enter the Comintern student exchange program," Baites said, "We have 5 commonly spoken languages, but our official languages that are nearly essential for our human residents to learn are Tibetan and Kurdish. The 3 others are Bengali, Nepali, and Persian."
Baites considered. "I agree that our militaries should be competent, but I also think that we should set restrictions on WMD development. I'm willing to share the information our government allows to be declassified from human experimentation performed on psychopaths within our country."

As for the troops thing, said Dotler,

The CTC is ready to commit 3,000 men to the cause. I repeat, 3,000. They'll be the 6th Standard Infantry Divisio, and they're ready for the job.

"I'd like to urge Comintern members to help in increasing the size of our facilities to that we may be able to have more soldiers in the Comintern Joint Military Exercises. All the facilities are surely very expensive and more contributions would clearly help. I'm saying this because I find the proposal of our comrades in Altpeak as vital in strengthening inter-military relations. Please refer to the chart that Comrade Rodimtsev showed us to see the budget needed for a fully operational joint military exercises facilities," Auel truthfully said.

"We would like to contribute 2 billion Hrivny to the increase of facilities", said Anatoly. i would also like to appeal to the comrades that they refrain from sending entire divisions to the first military exercise. The Tamara exercise si peacekeeping effort and the capacities are small. We believe regiments would be enough for that, because we wouldn't want to overburden the facilityand cause logicatical problems. Also it is more important that as many members as possible cooperate on the exercises in equal capacity."
