It was almost comical, Volstrad, and enemy that a century ago could've knocked at the very gates of this great city itself was now breaking beneath its own feat. Could be judge howeve? Was the fortunes of the Togerian state any better? Especially as colonies within the Americas and India rebelled. No, he would only casually look at the map of Europe in front of him as he crafted the next few words that would come from his mouth. Both the prospect of what Wiktor asked for was something both to be celebrated and cast away. His country would finally have access to the frontiers of the east but equally now he'd face the challenge of sending and resources outside of the realms of Togeria to the defense of a former rival. The estates would eat him alive, but it could be the break he needed. This alliance could be what Togeria needed to solidify its position in Europe and then finally reaffirm itself in America.
"I accept." He began,"For now you owe me nothing but your word and the security of a written contract. I will further ask however to meet with the one you propose for marriage, and I inturn will honor my own commitment. Within a few days time I will send my general George Hasting to your country. He will overlook the condition your military and begin to train them should you let him and a week after his arrival my men will begin to sail to your lands, Wiktor."
Wiktor breathed a sigh of relief.
"Thank you. I'll send for the one I had in mind and alert those back at Volkstrad of your impending arrival. They'll know your coming, for better or worse. I'd recommend that you be careful, as your presence will be unwelcome to most all but the few loyal servants of the Crown who will understand our situation."

"I can assure you Wiktor, I am not a man who feigns easily and almost never to mere men. I'd like to have the honor of arriving with you when you take your leave. I can have my own elite guard in conjunction with yours ensure our safety. We can even sail on my own personal ship if it would ease your nerves, but please for now rest. Your thoughts are getting the best of you if even for a night an occupied mind is not one to bring on a voyage."

He nodded, and spoke "Thank you. I'll speak with you on the morrow further, and about our plans for travel."
Wiktor then turned and left the chamber, heading towards his quarters.

A guide would walk forward to meet the Volkstradi king. Dressed in simple and plain attire he bowed on one knee before walking the king to his chamber. As they walked through the hall the light of torches could be seen illuminating the pathway and the many paintings that decorated it. Wiktor's chamber would be only a few minutes away from the meeting room before the assistant opened the door and let him in. "You'll be sleeping here majezty." He said his speech being different slightly from the king, his words being harsher and more pronounced, and the normal s' in one's speech being shifted to a softer z on most words. "Jus' call and I'll be there. Me and four otherz will be overlooking your quarters tonight to ensure your safety majezty." He said again before bowing and waiting to be excused.
As Wiktor looked at the room he would a large decor. Blue and gold yellow paint decorated the walls a full sized mirror on both the left and right wall being present for vanity. Covers were placed next to them for them to be covered should they prove a distraction. A large wardrobe was next to the bed, empty so the guest may put their attire within. Diagonal from the wardrobe sat the dresser with an assortment of colognes and perfumes, powder, brushes, comes, and hair scissors. To the left of the bed was a restroom which inside held the toilet and too had decorated walls equal to the bedroom. A bath was to the left running cold water to fill the tub and specialty made some soap procured from northern Italy. Stepping back into the room a king sized bed awaited the king with yellow covers and a blue comforter, baby blue covers decorated the upper railing to block out the sunlight. Directly in front of the bed was a fireplace, ambers being seen as the wood was burned and giving the room a nice cozy feeing. A red rug in the same color of the nation's flag was the floor with a red rocking chair being placed on top and to the back of the chair laid a bookshelf with a collection of Togerian literature as well some from around Europe. Lastly a window door on both sides of the bed led out to the balcony outside with a view of the backyard of the Komplex.

Almost by coincidence, the news of the political envoys from the Mediterranean nation of Romuva arriving in Crimea was told to him by his guard. A nation not often heard of by Moscow, as if Europe wishes to interact with Moscow in the first place.
"Bring them to Kiev where Alexander will meet them there. A European Ally could be helpful in these times, especially in the economic area."
The guard then runs off to tell the news, a few days later escorts showing up to lead the Romuvans to Kiev through horse-drawn carriage

Wiktor looked around, and turned to the man before saying. "It isn't necessary. I brought my own guard, which will be more than adequate for the task."

Henry would be walking back into the Komplex before seeking out Wiktor. Finding him he walk up to the man,"I trust you are in good health today I hope?" He asked. "I'll have a stagecoach take us to the coast near noon before we head off on a ship of my choice to your land. I advice you to bring only your most trusted men and for the rest to take land way back home. I want as little attention to your arrival and my own to your country, if the forces that afflict your country are as dangerous as you say then knowledge of my arrival could be the spark that leads to the keg."
