In an interesting turn of events, the PNR and the Partito Monarchico have merged to form the Fazione Romana Imperiale (FRI) to gain an overwhelming majority in the senate. Reform after reform are passed to greatly weaken the power of the Royal Senate and instate a new central head of government, Emperor Donato Trastámara I. Any influential remnants of the old Republic are swept away in a quick coup d'etat with many older Senators simply disappearing, never to be seen again.
Emperor Donato I, a younger man in his mid-twenties, is eager to finally bring Romuva to a higher political standing. Political envoys are sent to the Moskovskaya Konfederatsiya to improve relations and hopefully create trade agreements.
Also, with the newly founded Imperial Senate's support, Donato has made all education in Romuva free to appease the citizenry and create skilled workers to run the nation's steadily growing economy.

He nodded, and spoke "Thank you. I'll speak with you on the morrow further, and about our plans for travel."
Wiktor then turned and left the chamber, heading towards his quarters.

A guide would walk forward to meet the Volkstradi king. Dressed in simple and plain attire he bowed on one knee before walking the king to his chamber. As they walked through the hall the light of torches could be seen illuminating the pathway and the many paintings that decorated it. Wiktor's chamber would be only a few minutes away from the meeting room before the assistant opened the door and let him in. "You'll be sleeping here majezty." He said his speech being different slightly from the king, his words being harsher and more pronounced, and the normal s' in one's speech being shifted to a softer z on most words. As Wiktor looked at the room he would a large decor. Blue and gold yellow paint decorated the walls a full sized mirror on both the left and right wall being present for vanity. Covers were placed next to them for them to be covered should they prove a distraction. A large wardrobe was next to the bed, empty so the guest may put their attire within. Diagonal from the wardrobe sat the dresser with an assortment of colognes and perfumes, powder, brushes, comes, and hair scissors. To the left of the bed was a restroom which inside held the toilet and too had decorated walls equal to the bedroom. A bath was to the left running cold water to fill the tub and specialty made some soap procured from northern Italy. Stepping back into the room a king sized bed awaited the king with yellow covers and a blue comforter, baby blue covers decorated the upper railing to block out the sunlight. Directly in front of the bed was a fireplace, ambers being seen as the wood was burned and giving the room a nice cozy feeing. A red rug in the same color of the nation's flag was the floor with a red rocking chair being placed on top and to the back of the chair laid a bookshelf with a collection of Togerian literature as well some from around Europe. Lastly a window door on both sides of the bed led out to the balcony outside with a view of the backyard of the Komplex.

It was the dead of night in Moscow. Activity has ceased, lamps are out. The whole city appears asleep.
This was the perfect opportunity for William to strike. The Council was blissfully unaware of his plan, as everything will now be put into motion.

Hundreds, if not thousands of people, armed with Torches, Muskets, Swords and anything in between swarm the streets of Central Moscow, shouting, yelling, and screaming for change, waking the citizens left asleep, as many join in for their cause. William is personally leading the group, holding a torch of his own. He shouts commands to the military of the crowd to place the former council members under arrest, as he takes Russia's, and the nations greatest medieval structure, the house of the Confederate government structure, the Kremlin. His recruited forces easily take care of the remaining guards loyal to the council.

William soon returns to the streets to help take care of the few resistors of the new government, and as the sun rises and fighting dies down, he raises his fist in victory, the people in the streets cheering, filled with joy as change has finally come to the Moscow Confederacy.

He stands on top of a house to give his speech.
"My friends. Today signifies an important day in the history of our great confederacy. No longer will we be awaiting months for change. No longer will you be given false promises. Today marks the day that Moscow becomes even stronger, together, united as a people, we will prevail as one" He gives a moment for the crowd to cheer.
"Under my new system, we will get immediate change. Our roads will no longer be a hazard. The peasantry will no longer be peasants, as they will have the privilege of working in our manufacturing shelters, or continue their work as farmers. Both vital roles to our nation. Our army will be even more capable, victories far greater than in our past will be achieved. Moscow shall expand further, it's no surprise that we are the largest nation on earth. Let us make it even bigger and more prosperous."

"We are no longer White Russians, Ruthenians, Baltic, or Russian. Today, We are Muscovites!"

William then leaves the rooftop to enter the Kremlin to sign his first orders as the new Ruler of the Moscow Confederacy, mainly to sign off on his Job and Infrastructure plans. Almost by coincidence, the news of the political envoys from the Mediterranean nation of Romuva arriving in Crimea was told to him by his guard. A nation not often heard of by Moscow, as if Europe wishes to interact with Moscow in the first place.

"Bring them to Kiev where Alexander will meet them there. A European Ally could be helpful in these times, especially in the economic area."

The guard then runs off to tell the news, a few days later escorts showing up to lead the Romuvans to Kiev through horse-drawn carriage

The two Sicilian men follow the guard to the carriage, eager to have an audience
Alfonso Bellini, a noticeably tall man with jet-black hair and dark skin, awkwardly climbs into the carriage followed by his colleague Sergio Venturi, a veteran from the Tunisian War with a multitude of scars on his body. The envoys bring with them only suitcases with documents on trade agreements awaiting to be signed and hope that more can be made of this. These two men are proud Romuvan nationalists, Sergio even more so, and want to see their nation rise on a global level through cooperation with the right people. The pair greatly enjoyed their stay in the Crimea, but are happy to finally have the opportunity to meet with a Muscovite diplomat.

As the carriage rolls onwards to Kiev and the sun begins to rise further, the escort that joined the Romuvans speaks up.
"I apologize for the long trip ahead of you, there would have been a meeting in Crimea to make it easier on you but recent governmental changes wouldn't allow such a meeting due to new officials just being set into office. If you require any amenities ill be happy to stop the carriage at the nearest town from our location so you can do what you need too."

"Yes Majezty." He said before walking and closing the door behind.

In another room Henry was reclined in his chair overlooking the fire that was in front of him. What had he just agreed to? He wandered. A former rival, the man of a nation he would've sworn to destroy moments later was now sleeping in his very home, and worse yet he had agree to follow no escort him back to his own nation for fear of his safety. Was he too soft in his approach? Did he welcome this stranger too closely with open arms? It didn't matter now though the deed was done and now he must uphold his promise, for nothing more than his honor. An hour later a servant would come and ask if he wanted to eat dinner, he would decline. What ailed his mind was of too much weight and may disturb his stomach while eating. He only asked for a cup of tea with some honey mixed in before retiring for bed.

Wiktor inspected, carefully, this new room of his, making certain he wasn't being spied on somehow, or that there weren't any "surprises", before laying down to a troubled sleep.

In Volkstrad, all was not well. On the Eastern Frontier, a tribal force managed to launch several simultaneous attacks on the Royal Army. Fort Ferrus was attacked, the wall collapsing in part when tribal sappers tunneled under it and detonated a large amount of black powder beneath it. This was followed by a short skirmish, but they withdrew quickly, forcing the Royals to pursue.

This was exactly what they wanted. While this occurred, the nearby town of Razburg, one of the more well established frontier towns, was sacked and burned to the ground, and the majority of its population captured. This more numerous group of Tribesmen further went on to attack Fort Ferrus while the other battle was still ongoing, killing its defenders and seizing its armoury, as well as a relic, and documents about the Royal Army's plans in the region. Following this, the fort was sabotaged and the tribesmen escaped.

Several raids also occurred inside Volkstrad Proper. Additionally, one other town was completely destroyed by forces unknown. There were no survivors.

At about 7 in the morning the sound of the morning trumpets could be heard signaling the Komplex and most importantly its servants to arise for work, but Henry would be awake long before then. His thoughts had plagued him all last night and he couldn't get a decent sleep, it didn't matter too much though as he at least didn't feel exhausted.

In the dining hall to which Wiktor would be led to when he arose would be a breakfast of slabs of meat, eggs, toast, and syrup imported directly from the nation's North American colonies or at least what remained.

Henry himself wouldn't be dining, only eating a few pieces of bacon before seeking out his younger brother August.

"
The two brothers were outside the complex by the stables a stagecoach being drawn to escort Henry, Wiktor, and Hasting to the docks to partake on their journey back to the Volkstrad.

"August as I am sure you've been informed, I will be accompanying King Wiktor to his country to aid in a problem that's been ailing him. I personally plan to be there for a few days to a couple of weeks, but depending on the severity of this pest that afflicts his nation, I may have to pour more of my energy into helping him resolve it."

"You talk of him as your dear friend, Henry. Can you afford such a commitment especially with how restless parliament has been in the past few months? Your energy should be dedicated here at home instead of in the affairs of another."

"I don't fear parliament and no matter how restless they are they know not to test the patience of their king. I'm not out father, August, and besides I have you to take control of the nation's affairs while I'm away. Hasting will be joining my journey, so I ask of you to tell General Smith he's to be temporarily promoted to High General of the Continental Army while Hasting is stationed within Volkstrad."

"Yes my majesty, but Henry, be safe. We both know Volkstrad is an untamed land with men just a wild if not more feral then the wildlife that plagues it. We've just now been seeing a recovery in our country after war with those 'Americans', if something were to happen to you I fear we would not recover from a second crisis."

"Fear not brother. Death and fear are nothing more then simple barriers designed to weed the daring from the cowards." He said before placing a shoulder on his little brother's shoulder,"And besides we are Togerian, dying is something we simply do not do." He said more assuredly.

August would only nod before uttering,"Godspeed." and leaving back towards the Komplex.

The War of Unification
Supported by Tuscan artillery and cavalry, the First and Second Legion march north to conquer the city of Florence and the surrounding area.
Met with very little resistance, artillery teams knock down enemy guard towers before Romuvan heavy cavalry sweep the city and claim it. Casualties are light and any local that is willing to join are assimilated into the army. This immediate good fortune has greatly improved morale while the Generals of the Legions plan their next step to unifying the penninsula. The Romuvan Armada sets sail north from Carthago to blockade the city-state of Venezia

Adolph has finally found some parchment, and has fortified himself in his bedroom with nothing but food and ink, the latter of which he hurriedly commits to writing. He is drafting a bill which would effectively give him control of the entire Navy of Sweden (on paper, at least). It is a bill which would add "Chief of All Combined Fleets of the Realm" to his already tumultuous list of titles. This addition is innocuous, and Adolph has no doubt that it will quickly pass in the parliament. The Navy of Sweden is already crumbling, and he thinks that the Parliament has been accustomed to just disregard any action of the Crown no matter what it does, under the assumption that in the very end of things Parliament will always emerge as the superior force on the politics of the land.

Signing his name at the very bottom of the bill upon finishing it, Adolph vows that this will no longer be the case.

Concerning the events that have unfolded recently outside of the Riket, Adolph and the rest of the inhabitants of Sweden don't much care. The unrest caused by the Tsar in Russia is peculiar, but not something that peaks anyone's interest yet.

"The change.. at first, my nation had a decent government system. The Ruthenians, White Russians, Russians, and even the Baltic State were represented in the old council. With the national representatives comes the representatives of the Wealthy and Poor. We usually come to terms on bills rather quickly, usually dealing with jobs, infrastructure and military. But soon the bills weren't passing quick enough and everything was falling behind, the roads became run down, people became increasingly poor, and our army couldn't keep up with the times. The Council was in a deadlock As Well, nothing was happening. We as a people became increasingly frustrated and the former Tsar of Russia, William II, gathered the ones willing to fight and turned over the government to create a stronger, more united state."

"I'll have a stagecoach take us to the coast near noon before we head off on a ship of my choice to your land. I advice you to bring only your most trusted men and for the rest to take land way back home. I want as little attention to your arrival and my own to your country, if the forces that afflict your country are as dangerous as you say then knowledge of my arrival could be the spark that leads to the keg."

I am deeply sorry for the attacks on your nations capital, and pray for those affected by the attacks both in Paris and throughout France. As a fellow Muslim I apologize deeply and in place of those who use our religion to commit such an heinous crime. I pray for France, for Paris, and for all those affected.

He nodded. "Very well. However, arriving via sea is a poor way to go unnoticed. The waters are dangerous, and the Vallgradis watch all the ports in the country. Land is better, and I would advise that we send the main group separately from the rest of us, moving quieter and entering elsewhere."
I'm not actually a communist.

There was a quick meeting between William, the Military Branch, and the newly formed Colonial branch within the former Council building, now the building is the location of William's new council as well as the meeting place for most government matters.

Inside of the current meeting room there is a large map of Asia, marking off China, Japan, Korea, Togerian Possesions in India, the middle eastern states, and most importantly Central Asia and the Caucasus. Represented by mostly blank space except for the small khanates in the southern portion of Central Asia.

"We cannot expand west, as the forests of the west block us from Europe itself, and the Riket has nothing much of interest. We cannot go east, as we have already gone as far as possible. What I will suggest to you is that we go south, first starting in Central Asia then the Caucasus, integrate the territories and build up a sustainable infrastructure, and continue from there. In the future we will need a warm water port, but we'll cross that bridge once we get there"

The Colonial and Military branch agree to this plan, as if William's reforms continue to improve the country and develop it's power, it could have the potential of great power status with these expansion plans
