After 12 years of service John Yalkovic the dictator of Vulkata finally steps down the throne and retires at the age of 52.
The reason of retirement is as he states, "Vulkata has enough of 12 years of an incompetent leader leading to her destruction and sending out more lives on the front lines and always having no results. I just think that a new leader would be the next best thing because it's obvious that I'm senile now."
With that said John Yalkovic has abolished that the required age of running for leader must be 40 and lowered it to 22 but many Vulkatans is not interested for the position of leader but the people for running is quite a handful.
We go to the voting polls now and John Yalkovic has stated for this year the international community would be able to vote and check on who's the most competent looking out of the all and what or who could improve international relationships.
