Hello! I'm new to TWI and looking to build some backstory for my nation

Kaldgart, tl;dr, is a feudal free-market socially centre-right nation that, in the last few years, suffered a brutal period of infighting as the crown reasserted its authority over the petty nobility.

It also had ambitions to be an international power in the 1800s but was thwarted by foreign power[s], presumably ones with a parliamentary or fascist government that could bring more efficient, industrialised and regulated military forces to bear.

I'd love to do some RP set in the recent past about the skirmishes and intrigues as King Peter and his nobles fought for power, as well as flesh out the backstory of Kaldgart's history with someone who wants to have halted an Empire and maybe agree some modern-day trade relations and alliances

I checked the obvious places and can't see a rule about posting before having space on the map, maybe i missed it, but whilst I am still waiting on Van since I only applied a day or two ago, I thought I'd do some trade and worldbuilding RP that doesn't demand precise geography to carry out.

Here's my thoughts on this:

There is very little if anything that separates someone who is not in our region from someone who is but is not on the map. We extend no "residence" rights or privileges to people who are in the region but aren't on the map. So you're right, we do not have an explicit rule about not posting when you're in the waiting period, but we also don't have an explicit rule about not posting when you're in a different region. They're both in the same class, and it's common sense not to legislate to people who the law doesn't apply to.

However, I could see how some confusion would arise, but I do not think a rule clarifying this belongs in the Constitution, when the Constitution explicitly is for member nations' rights. An EO is kind of in the same vein. Maybe some kind of general memorandum would be most appropriate, just announcing to people "Hey if you're not on our map, don't post on our threads."

I'd suggest then, in the same vein of common sense rather than written regulations, that in that case it makes sense for me to just leave my post there until the map goes through its weekly update - no rush as I imagine you may be a little busy with more important things over Christmas, everyone will be less active over Christmas so I assume it's not going to break anyone's heart if my post sits there for a day or so until the map update.

Unless you plan to reject my application in which case it'd be easier to let me know now and I can just delete the post

Our people really are interested in the National Industry and a good educational quality. We are in a Constitutional Regime, led by Jürgen Hoffman, a psiconationalistic person.

The Reich area under the control of the consitutional government has a market economy dominated by the services sector, which corresponds to 4/5 of GDP. The industrialization, financial, and property management sectors are the most important. Swaying growth rates over the past decade reflect the industry's economic dependence. The security of the country is not so incredible, on a scale of 1/10, our security is 7/10. Policemen have the right to search anyone who looks suspicious. The Government is very worried about the salaries of the Police officers, who suffer with it every day
