*A man in military fatigues walks up onto the stage and in front of the podium. He briefly reviews his notes before adjusting his microphone.*
"Leaders of great nations, I call upon you in these times of doubt and dismay to ask you all to aid in the fight against a terror organization that threatens the stability of each and every grand empire and region. Our enemy, The Invaders, is a cult that recruits nations to ruthlessly conquer large and strong regions and nations only as a trophy to their collection. After they've had their fun of overtaking the region, they remain in ownership of it, but do nothing but let the region take its course, whether that means having it turn into some sort of autonomy, or letting it descend into chaos. To prevent the World Assembly from taking them out of power, The Invaders have recruited many people lately to be pawns and to give them more power in the Security and National Assembly, to vote for or against proposals.
I daresay no more! We will not let this little cult try to take power from the World Assembly and take over our great regions! I propose to build an alliance between myself and a fair amount of nations or region leaders to prevent the Invaders from committing their attacks against other regions and to protect those that are currently being attacked. Specifically, the alliance will notify regions if they're currently being targeted by The Invaders, and to take all precautionary measures to track down any spies within the region. This will help prevent regions from promoting The Invaders' spies to high positions of power to then conquer the region.
Though the primary goal of this alliance will be to protect ourselves and others against The Invaders, I intend to also keep this alliance for other issues that may come, and to protect and help each other out in times of need such as war or economic crisis.
The only thing left to say is: will you join the alliance?
