Setsuzoku Social Network has existed since 2008 and is considered to be one of the major social networks on the internet. It was originally designed by Kurosawa Miyuki for the purpose of quickly spreading information around the globe. THOUSANDS CELEBRATE AS ELECTIONS GET UNDERWAY IN THE PUF

Mokastana: Thousands celebrate as elections in the People's United Federation are underway, with several major posts about to be opened for voting. Many believe that this election can be considered unique due to multiple terms ending at the same year, thus multiple presidents being selected at the same time. Among offices which are open for voting are the office of Federal Prime Minister and heads of many local assemblies including regions such as Tierra Nueva, Mejico, El Sur del Gran Mokastana or Wellovia.

Those elections are a cause of interest for the Empire of Greater Nifon, citing that Mokastana is home to over 30 million strong community of Kogyokist Christians and a large Nifonese diaspora, especially in the region of Aqua Anu. Tensions have been recorded between the local clans and Marshite community, culminating in several murders and street brawls. Recently an unidentified explosion took place in a building belonging to a Nifonese PMC owned by Soma family; it's cause and origin have not yet been identified, but multiple Nifonese security analysts believe that involvement of Marshite extremists is not excluded.

Kojiro-sama has, at this point, refused to endorse any political party, saying that internal matters of a foreign nation are their affairs and should be resolved by its people; yet during a public conference, he called local Nifonese community to vote for "candidates that express the virtues of Heavenly Father the best". He at the same time expressed his intention to broaden the economic cooperation between Mokastana and Nifon, stating that despite differences in ideological worldview, there is little standing in the path of trade and that he will be willing to work with whoever is elected to achieve said goal.

No indications to an eventual outcome of this election have appeared as of yet, aside from predicted massive loss of support for the liberal party following the Tatom crisis and the way it was handled. We will watch with interest how this election unfolds.

Just returned from Shurjah where I attempted to make contact with [url="https://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=420136"]prisoners denied media contact and awaiting execution.[/url] Unfortunately by the time we discovered which prison they were in they had either been moved abroad or executed without trial by royal edict. KNN was therefore unable to provide the interviews we promised and under orders from our chief foreign correspondent we left the country on the next flight.

My sister has been deployed outside the city. She told me to tell you she might not be able to return. God willing she'll return and we'll have peace. But for now at least, the war is far from Erbil. Rumors have it the invaders have been held back in the North and South, but not in the West. We're hoping for the best, and civilians and local troops are turning Erbil into a fortress, we hear an armored brigade is on the way.
