The dollar bill is a living document that is perfect for an illiterate or semi-literate society; using the notion of living memory a dollar bill can come to mean what ever the public eye decides to focus upon. I have already been passing out this legislation in my travels in the hopes to end violence in the United States of America. The important points to notes for those in the know is that the only way to truly spend bill for those in a position of power is to burn the document and thus the monetary value of this form of currency is returned to the government where the department of the treasury prints new ones. The beauty of this type of currency is that all dollar bills are worth the same amount regardless of the artwork that is printed on the reserve notes. The acquisition of large sums of cash is detrimental to the health of the individual or corporation that pursues this path in the capitalistic pig mentality of greed and corruption. This inevitably leads to violent opposition when nearing the pinnacle of civil society and where I need the help of the general public to pass the final bill through congress and have this be forever written into law.
