Centraline Navy Vessel of the 'Nigrodraconis' class, arsenal ship is sunk. Rescue units moving to pick up survivors. Navy has been mobilized and has blockaded all Kastanokian ports, all ships hailing from nations not in the Centraline Concordat will be allowed passage in or out though they must consent to a search of the vessel to continue. All Concordat vessels will be stopped and their crews detained, Kastanokian officials will search all ships then confiscate the ships contents.
