The Region of Newropa in need of foreign aid!

Newropa is a new region founded on October 21st. It has yet to rise in the ranks of international influence and strength.
I, leader of the region of Newropa, am recruiting nations to join the region and asking for able and strong leaders to take a brief questionnaire to see if they are qualified to fill positions such as Minister of Defense in the Bureaucracy of Newropa.

I would like to add why Newropa is different from most regions. Newropa encourages its nations' leaders to be more involved in the region's politics. Proposals are not only accepted by all nations, regardless of their politics, economy or civil ideals, but even urged to be submitted. Reform and improvement are the greatest topics that the region would like to focus on. Only moving forward, using hard work, and cooperating, can we create prosperous nations.

I, leader of the Republic of Die Wunderwaffenprogramm, am recruiting for Newropa.
The region built up upon a strong and inclusive bureaucracy where nations are urged to take part in discussions and public votes. The major focuses of the region are public education, scientific achievement, the economy, and civil rights.

Currently, this region is seeking out qualified leaders to fill important positions in the regions such as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Communications, Defense, etc. Additionally, a council for this region shall be formed to debate and make decisions that widely affect the region, including topics such as war. If you are interested in one of these positions and/or to join the council, please reply in this forum thread with reasons why you´re qualified for a job. Of course, there will be no nepotism involved in the decision to elect people in these positions because my objective of forming a council and recruiting able leaders as Ministers is to make Newropa productive.
