And who said we needed to vote on it? Remember, I've frozen the chamber, and without a charter outlining what I can and cannot do, I simply cannot bring anything to a vote. Again, we seriously need a charter, and Discord is where we are making it.

Only if you agree to stop all dicussions on the Discord until the majority of the Council votes to have one created by Matta. You have forced the current one upon us without consulting any of the members if they wanted one first. You should have had left it to Matta to create one. I do admit that you wanted us to have a Discord ever since you first applied to join the Council, Federated Kingdom, but that does not mean that you have the right to create a Discord yourself.
