LET'S WATCH PEOPLE!!!
with Miaria and Sukie!!!

Sukie: Hi people, we're in a place! Watching people!!!
Miaria: You're right! I had no idea!!
Opening

Sukie: I can't hear it. The gods are angry, I think.
Miaria: Do they have gods here?
Sukie: I don't know. I heard someone say it once.
Miaria: Well I think starting with silence is a good change. Too much noise usually.
It should be like this all the time.

Estogium - Midsomer

Sukie: My mommy heard this on WHF last night. That makes it stupid.
Miaria: So loud. And I know kitties have lips, but do roosters have teeth?
Sukie: Let's find out sometime.
Miaria: Ooh, exciting!

Mister X - The Man Who Tempted Me

Sukie: What happened?
Miaria: No cuddling. No snuggling. No jumping around. Lots of screeching. I'm sad.
Sukie: They don't know what they're doing.

Missus X - Quack

Miaria: OH MY GOD DUCKS
Sukie: MY EARS ARE THROWING RED WETNESS
Miaria: MY KITTY IS THROWING RED WETNESS

Kannap - Still Want Your Love

Sukie: I think it's easy to show love.
Miaria: Oh your rooster is so cute! It's pecking at my kitty! Let's let them play.
Sukie: Yay! See? Love is easy!

Darkmania - The 80's Are Comming Back

Miaria: Oh no, your rooster is comming back already!

Normandy & Picardy - Free

Miaria: I can feel something inside my kitty. Will it fly?
Sukie: What kind is it? Does it have wings?
Miaria: It's a gray and white tabby. I don't know. Let's find out.
Comme, comme, kitty, kitty!
Sukie: Wow! No cage can hold it back!
Miaria: Wow! It's gone all over the place! But I think that was mostly your rooster.
Sukie: Aw. It was fun though.

Mercedini - Unbreakable

Miaria: Oh no, I think my chorus broke.
Sukie: Oh, no! Are you okay?
Miaria: HELP HELP MY CHORUS IS EXPLODING!!!!!
Sukie: OH NO WHAT DO WE DO??!?!!??!
Miaria: I DON'T KNOW MAKE IT STOP
Sukie: I'M POKING EVERYWHERE I CAN
Miaria: Wait I think I finished.
Sukie: Weird, so did the Rachel person.
Miaria: Wow, that was memorable.

Electrum - Guardian Angel

Sukie: Sometimes when I'm flying high and see angels, I forget what reality is.
Miaria: What is a reality?
Sukie: Someone told me it was important once. It's somewhere down there.
Miaria: Somewhere farther down than our pets?
Sukie: I think so. Anyway bad people can't hurt us here.
Miaria: Why would anyone want to be in reality? Sounds scary. I like being high up.

Adab - Musical Experiment

Sukie: Sometimes, when I get mad at someone, I get a bunch of people together and tell everyone about it. Then I make them listen to a lot of noises.
Miaria: Hey! It's like a knife massage for my mind! This is weird!
Sukie: And how rude! They recorded without asking!

Zeganas - Run Away

Miaria: Ooh! I ran away once, and accidentally fell into a tiger's mouth! It was a great idea!
Sukie: Oh wow, they have sparky things! I've never seen them before in this show!
Miaria: It's so exciting!

Gurori - Welcome to Gurori

Sukie: Pics or it isn't real!!
Miaria: I don't trust anyone who can't give me a picture. Words don't count.
Sukie: Gurori sounds like Kasanova-Koratica! Why would I go there?
Miaria: Yeah! I bet they don't have tentacle cows! Or flying earthworms! Who wouldn't want to see flying earthworms?
Sukie: Yeah! Why would I want to go to Gurori??? And I'm not even there yet!

Britonisea - I Will Be Gone

Miaria: That's right! Running away solves everyone's problems! That's what I did! And now I have a job talking about people talking!
Sukie: And apologizing makes it even better. That way you can run away faster.
Miaria: That's what I did! I went so fast time went faster! It got embarrassed!

Cheongji - Diplomatic Move

Sukie: My mommy heard this one on WHF too. It's super uncool now.
Miaria: Why would someone say the same things on a stage again and again? That's just weird. Do they have something else to say?

Sukie: Wow! I feel happy!
Miaria: Yeah! I see angels and wings!
Sukie: I don't see any more people coming up and talking, so I think we'll be playing on the floor with our pets.
Miaria: My little tabby is begging me! So adorable!

Kalosia
Aksi — Ruslan Ǧamal
"Like This", performed in Kalosian to the tune of Ego — Willy William
Kalosian pronunciation guide

For the second edition in a row, Kalosia performs 18th and teen singer Ruslan Ǧamal performs at some point of the show.

Ruslan's first WorldVision appearance was as a spokesperson announcing the Kalosian votes for the 49th contest. It was deemed unusual at the time, since typically the current WHF entrant is chosen to announce the votes. Though looking back, the general consensus is that it was RTVK's way of dropping hints toward their bid for the 50th WorldVision, signified by Ruslan asking "Who will get 12 points?" (which was the title of the opening number of the golden edition), as well as saying "see you in the next contest in Kalosia!".

His second appearance was as an opening act for the 50th edition, asking again "Who will get 12 points?". It was a successful opening act, though some drew comparisons with the entry from Cosneolta, a debuting nation who strangely knows enough of the contest to send a song about the contest. Ruslan also announced the Kalosian votes for that edition.

And finally, here he is. This song is the second single after Who Will Get 12 Points? to come out from his debut album, The Lion and the Camel, and a third one is set to be released shortly after the contest. For the performace, Ruslan is wearing a sleeveless jacket with a white sleeveless shirt underneath.
As the song begins, Ruslan stands alone on the stage. Fog covers the stage and everything is black except for a light that makes Ruslan appear as a silhouette. As he sings, the camera slowly zooms in on him.

Dirël me, perkiz ke brigam tuta?
Šu mojto diskuzio
Së se su nušën avënir
Aksi, aksi, aksi

Dirël me kiz ši ur arvenë?
Së’s su nuša terra
Lë vitë ijat ežat game
Aksi, aksi, aksi

Kiz puvo ja per së areste?
Në vulo lë sofrenzë
Vulo ǧori buna
Aksi, aksi, aksi

A few male dancers, athletic and wearing watered-down versions of Ruslan's outfit, walk onto the stage. Meanwhile the lights and the background screen slowly fade in. Both of them are a fiery red, with the background showing a red sky. Also the fog disappears from the stage.
Lë poplo maršam lë ruki
Apelam per lë kaña
Së se kome farom së
Aksi, aksi, aksi

Ruslan and the dancers break into choreography where they're neatly arranged in a few lines but also in a way that conveys the message of a passion for change.
Aksi, aksi, aksi

As the next part comes on, Ruslan walks over to the front of the stage while the dancers are in the back. The dancers do choreographed fighting.
Dirël me, perkiz šuam ceneri?
Tuta, së se distruǧirët
Nušën siti bella ežamt
Aksi, aksi, aksi

Two dancers walk up to Ruslan while the others stay out of sight from the camera, presumably still doing choreographed moves.
Pju alto, së’s nušën okeani
Moren, së’s nušën animali
Nuša terra fare pju kaldë
Aksi, aksi, aksi

In the last line of the previous part, the two dancers rip off Ruslan's jacket, revealing the sleeveless shirt he wears underneath. Some flames shoot up from the stage. In the next part the camera focuses on Ruslan so the dancers are still kept out of sight.
Kiz puvo ja per së areste?
No, ja në vulo un vitë mal
Ja vulo vivë buna
Aksi, aksi, aksi

Now the dancers are visible again, they slowly walk up to Ruslan and form lines like earlier.
Lë poplo maršam lë ruki
Apelam per lë kaña
Së’s kome nuša farom së:
Aksi, aksi, aksi

The break into the same dance as they did earlier.
Aksi, aksi, aksi

Then they do moves like these.
Aksi, aksi, aksi

The lights and background become a dark blue, while the dancers get down and form the word "PEACE" on the floor (similar to this). The camera pans on them, then they get up.
(Aksi, aksi)
(Aksi, aksi, aksi, aksi, aksi, aksi)
(Aksi, aksi, aksi)
(Aksi, aksi)
(Aksi, aksi)

As some flames shoot from the stage, the screen and lights turn red again. The dancers scream "YEAH!" and form the same lines behind Ruslan and break into the same choreography as previously, including the 2nd set of moves. They repeat it twice.
Aksi, aksi, aksi

Aksi, aksi, aksi

Aksi, aksi, aksi

Aksi, aksi, aksi

Then the dancers slowly move towards Ruslan.
Aksi, aksi, aksi

As the song ends, the lights become dim, fog covers the stage again, and the dancers pose with Ruslan.
The audience cheers, Ruslan says "Thank you Britonisea, we love you!" and he and his dancers leave the stage as it is being prepared for the entry from Electrum Diplomatic Offices.
Tell me, why is everyone worried?
There’s a lot of talk
It’s about our future
Like this, like this, like this

Tell me what’s happening here now?
It’s on our earth
Life has never been
Like this, like this, like this

What can I do to stop this?
I don’t want suffering
I want good days
Like this, like this, like this

People take to the streets
Calling for change
This is how we do it:
Like this, like this, like this

Like this, like this, like this

Tell me, why are there ashes?
It’s all destroyed
Our beautiful cities
Like this, like this, like this

Higher are our oceans
Dying are our animals
Our world is becoming hotter
Like this, like this, like this

What can I do to stop this?
I don’t want a bad life
I want to live good
Like this, like this, like this

People take to the streets
Calling for change
This is how we do it:
Like this, like this, like this

19. ELECTRUM DIPLOMATIC OFFICES

Song: "Great Ways to Rhyme"
Artist: Gertrude Pullman
Tune: Dumb Ways to Die by Tangerine Kitty/Metro Trains Melbourne

Introduction

Gertrude Pullman, still on her 'high' phase presents yet another song (to be expanded)

The Performer

Do you really need to know what she looks like after so many editions?

The Song

Performance to be added

Here's an example
A representative sample
Of words that rhyme really well
For example, photovoltaic cell

Refrain
Great ways to rhyme
So many great ways to rhyme
Great ways to rhy-y-me-me
So many great ways to rhyme

I have an arthritis
She has infectious hepatitis
Also I have a sore knee
And her face needs urgent rhinoplasty

Refrain

Where is Todlichebujoku?
Wanted for internal revenue
What about Missus X and Normandy?
Bad bastions of homosexuality

Refrain

Britonisea and Cheongji
What is an Africanised honey bee?
And everyone I've forgotten
You're all very misbegotten

Refrain

This is the very slow music section
Do I use flexion or Mercator projection?
Doge, PPAP, and what does the fox say?
Now I'm running out of rhymes to use,
And now my rhymes aren't working anymore

Did you notice that the lyrics have me-mes
The greatest ways to rhyme
The greatest ways to rhyme
The greatest ways to rhy-y-me-me
So many great
So many great ways to rhyme

20. ARIOSLAVIA
Margot - Dancing with fire
Tune

Image

Margarita Igorova better known under pseudonym Margot was born in Elizavetburg in 1996. She started her music career in 2014, after winning the Arioslavian Young Artist of the Year Award one year later. From this point her career developed and she quickly became popular, especially among younger audience. Her songs can be regularly heard on Arioslavian radio, as well as in neighbour nations, despite the fact that many perceive her as a 'spoiled brat' due to the public image she created. However, her choise as an Arioslavian representant in the 51st WVSC in Britonisea is generally perceived as a good decision.

***

Margot entered the stage, which was lighted with white, red, orange and yellow lights. The screens display the pattern resembling the sea of fire. Margot is wearing a white skirt, which accentuates her curves. Her long, blonde hair are set free.

The day is over, let's light the lights
Let's party, let's rule the town.
Drinking some vodka, drinking some wine,
Whoa! Don't try to cool me down.
I'll be dancing with the shadows,
I'll be dancing with the flames.
Pretty like Venus, hot like the Sun,
No, don't try to cool me down.

Two female dancers enter the stage. Margot walked slowly towards the audience with a flirty look in her eyes. She winked at the camera and made a 'come here' gesture while singing the next part:

And before the party is over,
I'm the goddess of the night!
I'm a goddess, kneel before me,
Da-da-down, da-da-down!

The lights faded for a short moment, leaving the stage in darkness for a second. After a moment, the lights bursted out again, as Margot sang the refrain:

I'm dancing with fire,
Don't try to cool me down,
Don't try to cool me do-o-o-own!
Oh, oh! Oh, oh!
I'm your desire,
Don't try to cool me down,
You can't cool this flame do-o-o-own
Oh, oh! Oh, oh!
Nothing can cool me down,
Da-da-down, da-da-down, da-da-down!
Nothing can cool me down!

Group of three male dancers entered the stage. Every of them dances near Margot, trying to grab her. She looks like flirting with every one of them while singing:

Crowds of worshippers dancing with me.
Oh! I'm the queen of the night!
Let's light the lights, let's celebrate,
No, don't try to cool me down.

The dancers formed a line behind Margot and kneeled, creating background for Margot:

And before the party is over,
I'm the goddess of the night!
I'm a goddess, kneel before me,
Da-da-down, da-da-down!

The lights faded out for a moment and bursted out again during the refrain. The dancers jumped and started to dance, while Margot have been singing, raising her left hand up:

I'm dancing with fire,
Don't try to cool me down,
Don't try to cool me do-o-o-own!
Oh, oh! Oh, oh!
I'm your desire,
Don't try to cool me down,
You can't cool this flame do-o-o-own
Oh, oh! Oh, oh!
Nothing can cool me down,
Da-da-down, da-da-down, da-da-down!
Nothing can cool me down!
(Da-da-down, da-da-down, da-da-down,
Nothing can cool me down...)

One of the dancers approached Margot, who winked at him. He grabbed her arms from behind, while she leaned past him, singing:

You're my most faithful worshipper,
Come to me, let's be closer!
Yeah, yeah!
You've been chosen by the goddess,
You're my chosen one!

She gave him a short kiss. Then, the lights faded out during the quieter part of the song:

I'm dancing with fire,
Don't try to cool me down,
Don't try to cool me do-o-o-own!
Oh, oh! Oh, oh!
I'm dancing with fire,
Don't try to cool me down,
Don't try to cool me do-o-o-own!
Oh, oh! Oh, oh!

The lights bursted out again during the final part of the song:

I'm your desire,
Don't try to cool me down,
You can't cool this flame do-o-o-own
Oh, oh! Oh, oh!
Don't try to cool me down,
Da-da-down, da-da-down, da-da-down!
Don't try to cool me down,
Da-da-down, da-da-down, da-da-down!
Don't try to cool me down,
Da-da-down, da-da-down, da-da-down!

The audience applauded wildly after the song ended. Before leaving the stage, Margot sent a kiss to the cheering crowd and shouted 'Thank you, Kyvivre!'

Commentary with Robert Baxter and Sam Smith on MRX ONE.

Robert: Welcome back to the second part of tonight's WorldVision Song Contest, live from Kvyat in Britonisea.
Sam: Kyvivre.
Robert: Let's get back to the grind, then. All hands to the stumps.
Sam: Pumps!

12 Electrum

Robert: I thought the vocals were a little bit... sort of non-plussed, really. I would have quite liked to have seen more vocal emotion in that.
Sam: Decent dancing but it was all a bit basic, wasn't it?
Robert: Anyway, how soft was it?
Sam: Do you know, I'm struggling. Her voice was a lot softer than the track, so I'm going to plump for bread.
Robert: Next tonight, it's Adab.

13 Adab

Robert: The backstory given to us here rivals that of Rick Leg's after WorldVision 34.
Sam: Please no, I thought we were past that monstrosity?
Robert: But this was all over the place, it just went on and on. I wanted it to end.
Sam: It never did, you're absolutely right.
Robert: 16 minutes and 10 seconds of an absolute WorldVision song disaster.
Sam: It's... undefinable, really. I think I've got to go for knife, but... no, I just can't deal with that terrible song.

14 Zeganas

Robert: Hello, Zeganas! I liked this!
Sam: That will do very well tonight. Mark my words. I really liked it.
Robert: Altogether....
Robert & Sam: Ace.
Sam: It's a nice bit of soft rock. I'm not a fan of hard rock, so I loved this. Bread.

15 Gurori

Sam: It needed a couple of samba dancers on the stage, but otherwise fantastic.
Robert: After the first few seconds, I was not expecting that. But you're right, the performance was a bit too minimalistic. But we learnt from that on our début, didn't we? Look how much our performances have grown over the years. So I would encourage Gurori to just up the performance aspect because the tune was absolutely fabulous.
Sam: For future reference, don't do an "I love my country" song, but seriously, I wish them the best. This is promising. Knife.

16 Britonisea

Robert: I didn't get the message of this song.
Sam: Eh?
Robert: Oh, well, I "get" it, but I don't like vaguery in songs. I prefer it when they're clear-cut, really. I want to know if she murdered him or not.
Sam: The track was sort of good-ish. Anyway, I'm going for bread on the softness rating.

17 Cheongji

Robert: Too many "la"s.
Sam: La la la la la la la la? ["Shall we speak in emoji as a result?"]
Robert: La la. ["Yes."]
Sam: :lol2: :lol2:   :?:
Robert:  .
Sam: :knife: .

18 Kalosia

Robert: Ladies, gentlemen, and others, your winner this evening...
Sam: Yep. What a shame that we're going home without the trophy again. We're not beating this. We'll see you next year. Knife.

19 Electrum Diplomatic Offices

Robert: Rick Leg will be livid. He's pan.
Sam: And auto. And bestial.
Robert: Isn't that what pan means?
Sam: Er...
Robert: Anyway, it was quite soft, wasn't it?
Sam: It was indeed. Super-soft, in fact. Jam.

20 Arioslavia

Robert: Well... it was OK, I guess.
Sam: It was a little generic, I thought.
Robert: But hard?
Sam: Yes, knife.

21. IZMEDU
Ziva Lipovac - Addicted

With Marija Jurisic securing an unexpected and miracle 4th place finish off of what looked to be a bleak halftime result in the Golden Edition, the prospect of looking forward to future WorldVisions looked to be a daunting task for the WorldVision team over in RTI. The mission of putting forth a successful Izmeduan folk ballad into the WorldVision stage was successful, perhaps even moreso than some in the channel even realized. With the new decade making it easy to change gears and move towards an entirely new direction entirely, RTI decided to launch the national final that had been in the cards for quite a while, ever since the country returned to WorldVision in WV48. 'Izmepisma,' the resulting product, was born out of a foreseen and eventual need to change the Izmeduan selection process after 16 consecutive editions of internal selections.

With a development process spanning 2 years along with over 1000 songs sent to the channel, 9 songs were picked out from what was submitted as Izmepisma was launched in earnest. 9 performances and one broadcast night later, Izmedu and the international juries have spoken on who should be sent. Ziva Lipovac, considered the sleeper of the national final and a rather unexpected choice, won Izmepisma with a small margin of 5 points. She managed to pip the pre-contest favorites to the title, Helena Dakovic & Arijana Kovac, and was now the Izmeduan representative going to Kyvivre, Britonisea. Despite the slight surprise coming off of Ziva's win, it was ultimately taken as a positive as “Addicted,” now the Izmeduan song to WV51. Hailed as a fresh and exciting choice for Izmedu, excitement was abound as Ziva rehearsed extensively for the Britonish stage.

Hailing from the northern Izmeduan district Crveneja and born in the coastal and cultural hub of Posony, Ziva was largely raised with the music business in her life. Her mother, Illica Lipovac, was herself a singer of modest fame that was popular just within Crveneja, as well as her Father being a talent manager. These two things, despite the rather distant nature of Ziva's childhood with her parents, was what allowed Ziva to truly feel comfortable with herself as she played with the music industry from a young age. She had connections to local subsidiaries way ahead of any of her contemporaries, hearing professional singers record albums at the age of 8. Practicing to sing for a free audience of minor label executives, as well as singing lessons provided on behalf of her Mother as well as reliable masterclasses.

At the age of 22, she decided to take on pop stardom in earnest with a clear message in mind. Armed with an array of producers that dealt mostly with 'chill,' and mellow sounds, she went into the Izmeduan pop arena with the intent to produce 'no frills' pop songs with a touch of electronic production. The resulting product from the very first song she produced, which would eventually become the Izmeduan entry 'Addicted,' garnered wild enthusiasm in Posony's music label circles to the point where outfits in Vodiznad began to contact Ziva Lipovac herself. Bigger producers began to voice their intentions to work with her, as Ziva re-mastered the song as she was signed into a one-album, three-single record deal under Zvizde.

With an impressive resume starter on her hand, it couldn't have gotten any better with timing. The song's near-release as a single came a time when RTI was pushing rather desperately for last minute Izmepisma selections. Ziva, with the encouragement from her label, sent 'Addicted' to RTI. Her selection as the final 9, much less the winner, of course came as a surprise. Taking a much more protracted road to the contest compared to nearly everyone else who participated under the Izmeduan flag, she wasn't sure how to take being the first contestant being chosen by both an international and public vote. However, RTI equaled the international and domestic response to Ziva during entry rehearsals, and provided similar and extensive support to her as the channel would to any previous contestant.

Would that preparation be worth it? It was time for Ziva to find out as it came time for her to perform... She was the first Izmeduan contestant to be selected in a National Final format, so the channel was waiting with bated breath to see how she would fare, not only live, but in the voting. Taking one last look back at the delegation, she went onto the stage...

Stage lights billowed down to the center of the Narook Arena as the crowd cheered for the Izmeduan entry, quieting down as the arena gradually went into full darkness. Just as soon as the arena was coated in such, the first strains of the music can be heard as soft production can be heard flowing through the speakers, forcing the crowd to quiet down. Timed to the 'ping' of the production, the three diamond-like screen flashed white before dissolving into an intricate pattern of lines. The camera, closing in on the stage, focused on a view of Ziva standing on the center, eyes closed and beginning to look into the camera. A sudden spotlight shined on her, revealing her to be wearing this outfit ensemble (without the purse).

The image of you still lingers deeply
Your scent refuses to vanish
Remaining here, a perpetual sign
Tantalizing yet so destructive

The camera maintained a close view as the Narook arena maintained a semi-yellow and white color scheme, with faint wisps of smoke floating around the stage as the patterns began to 'pulse' a warm red and blue to the beat at each of the three screens. Ziva made tight, contemplative moves as she sang the first verse and only did so at the end of , the camera cutting to either a close bird's eye view of the stage or an angle from the side. The lights around the stage went dark after the verse for a second...

Now I look down
Thinking of your body and soul
The desires fighting in me
Your sweet grace dancing freely
I just hope it won't fade, to an ashen wisp

At the pre-chorus, the lights switched to an war yellow as the patterns on the screen began to 'move' into an abstract image of two people, represented by line patterns, sort of envelope and mix themselves together in love. Ziva began to move forward, letting the camera move back as she stepped towards the audience. At the end, the camera faded to a slightly wider shot, catching her back at the center of the stage, looking at the (from the audience point of view) right diamond screen with a wistfulness from her side expression.

It is true, you are my one muse
I can't resist. The pain to refuse
Is too strong. Now I surrender
To temptation, your endless charm
I'm addicted

The lights in the Narook arena now shined a pinkish red as Ziva began to unleash a slight belt on the chorus, transitioning from the mostly speaking-singing type she was using prior. She held her head as she sung, moving alongside to the abstract figures on the screens as they seemed to be swirling together. The desire in the lyrics was encapsulated by her expression, with a look that blurred the lines between yearning and lust. The camera caught one last close up as she sang, 'I'm addicted,' heading into the second part of the refrain, vocalizing after that one line with the background singers as she performed slight choreography.

I'm addicted
I can't resist
I'm addicted
I can't resist

The camera then faded to a wider view of the stage, with the patterns on the screen sort of folding back into the former patterns they were in, except pulsating in more colors. Ziva, as she vocalized and sang each alternating line, stepped back after each movement of gentle choreography, each movement matching the pace rhythmic vocalizations to express the one mood of the song, pure desire. The camera faded to views ever so closer after each line, the pink red lights flashing to fit the intimate mood of the song. At the end of the chorus, she sang 'I can't resist' with a sort of wistful, almost contented smile to a close up of her.

The voice you carry echoes through time
Each word is a ceaseless melody
That displays the beauty that lies within
This symphony, I pray, won't die

Transitioning from the mostly sensual desires from the first verse and chorus, Ziva turned to a much more contemplative expression as she began to stare stage-left, the Narook Arena now bathed in wispy white light as the patterns on the screens began to fade into a pattern of sound waves, the once mostly intricate and confusing patterns becoming much more rounder. They pulsed gently to the beat as the camera imposed Ziva against the center diamond screen, before making a slow revolution around her that lasted for the second verse, before ending in another close look for the final line.

My mind
Drifts to your actions and my fantasies
Day to day I fall deeper
To your spellbinding passion
I just hope it won't fade, to an ashen wisp

For this second pre-chorus, the camera slowly receded back from view as Ziva walked towards it once more, going towards the audience as she almost sung the lines as if she was whispering it to the song's receiver. During this pre-chorus, the lights began to shine a gradual purple, starting off dim as the Narook Arena seemed to take on a rather fantastical tone, with the pattern beginning to slow down in preparation for the chorus...

It is true, you are my one muse
I can't resist. The pain to refuse
Is too strong. Now I surrender
To temptation, your endless charm
I'm addicted
I'm addicted
I can't resist
I'm addicted
I can't resist

Ziva stepped back to the center of the stage as the Narook Arena erupted in a bright purple light, with the camera now in a close, lower angle of Ziva which displayed her passionate singing during the chorus' first half. The soundwaves on the 3 diamond screens pulsated with a similar color pallette as Ziva belted out the lyrics. As Ziva sung the first instance of 'I'm addicted,' the camera once again cut to a wider view of the stage as she performed some brief choreography between the alternating lines on the chorus' second half. During such, the camera faded from far, mid, and close views of the stage, with Ziva evoking movements that resembled her being one half a couple's a dance, a half-finished tango yearning for its second to complete the puzzle piece.

Every minute of our time
It dawns on me, that you are a gift from fortune
Every second we covet
I'll hold you close, lost within our blissful heaven

The lights faded to a soft, pinkish red once again as the camera then faded to a view of Ziva's face singing the first lines of a bridge, taking on a tender tone and treating the audience at home as if they were the subject of the song that Ziva was singing. The fading of the lights and slowing of screen effects in the Narook Arena coincided with the softening of the instrumentation. As she sang the last line directly to the camera, a soft 'boom' from a final beat could be heard echoing through the arena, with the lights fading except for a lone one on Ziva.

It is true, you are my one muse
I can't resist. The pain to refuse
Is too strong. Now I surrender
To temptation, your endless charm
I'm addicted
I'm addicted
I can't resist
I'm addicted
I can't resist

With the camera view still 'anchored' to Ziva, she sang the first line of the chorus' final refrain a capella before the Narook Arena's lights and the song's instrumentation blossomed to life in bountiful amounts of purple and red in 'I can't resist.' The screens themselves were now a flowing stream of matter conglomerating together, with disparate particles seeming to be attracted to each other as the effects seemed to suggest a contiguous line behind all 3. Ziva repeated a similar choreography from earlier, except implementing subtle changes that involved more movements that swooped downwards, taking on a more introspective style of expression as the song winded to its conclusion.

At the final 'I can't resist,' the camera slowly zoomed in on Ziva herself as the Narook Arena's lights and screen effects faded, with her staring at the camera with an almost blank, undecipherable look as the song faded to an end. The last few lines of electronic notes mirrored those played in the beginning, before fading to such a low volume that the ensuing cheer overrode the gentle fade out of the song. Ziva staggered back at the audience response, covering her mouth for a few moments before mustering up the ability to give her thanks.

“Kyvivre! I love you! Thank you!!!” Ziva said to the audience, waving goodbye and then exiting backstage.

Hello and welcome to the English WorldVision commentary on RTR One, i am Mathilda Sanford and i will become your guide for this edition, as you all know, WorldVision is probably the largest singing contest in the world, with at least 40+ participants per edition and more than 500 nations watching across the universe, although it seems like that there will be only 20+ nations tonight, so, without further ado, here we go.

1-ESTOGIUM

Somehow, i have a feeling that this will soon plunge into the sea of forgotten entries, the song seems like it is made to be a very radio-friendly song, which i don't like, but still, good luck.
2-MISTER X

Judging from their looks, i thought they are going to sing some kind of bubblegum pop, i was kind of wrong, their operatic song is nice, but it has a chance to either fall or succeed, also, according to my tea leaves, their position is probably somewhere in the middle, but well, i'm not sure about that either, good luck.
3-MISSUS X

Good melody, bad lyrics, next.
4-KANNAP

I love this, this is a pretty good entry, however, i'm not sure about the pink lights and the lyrics songwriter seems like it has become lazy, my tea leaves said that it may plunge into a sea of forgotten entries, and i don't like it. Good luck, Kannap.
5-DARKMANIA

Spirit Mother said that she loved the song, and she predicts it to be at least in the top ten, i loved the song, too, but i think Darkmanian delegation needs to learn the art of staging, on the other hand, 80s was a pretty good decade, BnW TV's, teenage quizzez, breakdancing, BMX, teenage heartthrobs, and ding-dong games, good times.

Mehkl: Right! There we have it! Although this WorldVision Song Contest has been short, it has been full of great entries that will last a long time in the charts. I can finally announce that you are okay to VOTE! I will be going through the nations with the numbers, and you will get a little preview. Bare in mind, the numbers are different per nation - and so your commentator will speak over myself!

01 for Estogium, 02 for Mister X, 03 for Missus X and 04 for Kannap. 05 for Darkmania, while 06 is Ekoz. 08 is Normandy and Picardy, 09 is Ethane, 10 is Talvezout and 11 is Mercedini. 12 for the Electrum, 13 for Adab. 14 for Zeganas, 15 for Gurori, and though the Britonish can't vote for themselves, it's 16 for Britonisea! 17 for Cheongji, 18 for Ruslan Kalosia, 19 for the Electrum Diplomatic Offices! 20 to our Arioslavia, and 21 to the great Izmedu.

We have a great performance up next. We have our favourite Callahan performing his World Hit Festival song, "Human Desires," which takes place in Telgrad, Arioslavia! Absolutely brilliant, it's a great song, and it's something which is different and upcoming in Britonisea. Please enjoy "Human Desires!"

Interval Act 1
Hosts Presentation
Fede Callahan - "Human's Desires"

Tune: Les Gordons - "Need To Feel"

As the song started, the stage buzzed with red. The camera was quite erratic as it zoomed in on the guitarist, and then to the pianist before pointing in the direction of Fede Callahan. Fede was facing towards the screens, and so he turned around and smiled - at which point, the crowd cheered loudly.

Aye!
Rising from the abyss,
Rising from home, Hell.
Come to cause some trouble,
Watch your backs, you'd be left for dead.

A boy walked on to the stage and a pile of sandbags fell from the ceiling of the arena and hit him on the head. The camera then swerved passed the happenings towards Fede.

From the outside, Human.
From the inside, Brute.
I'm kept undercover.
No one will know, who I will strike next...

Mmmh,
Sprouting of a flower, it's happens overnight.
When I change, I'm deadly.
Call me a chameleon

2 boys came on the stage, aged around 16, and started to act crazy on the stage as if they were going through, what seemed like, exorcism.

Boy of magnitude I, shake the world a 10.
Break the rector scale you,
Know when I'm here, Know I've made a mess...

I know I'm dangerous - but don't be scared.
I know I'm zealous for yourself and your bed, oh oh.
I'm not a predator - that's underrated.
I know I'm cruel, I ain't a fool,
I'm expressing human's desires.

During this part, he went crazy on the stage. During this, the stage flashed red, grey and blue in a random order. Even his instrumentalists were crazy. As the next part was about to come, the staging turned to a single white light which pulsated throughout the arena.

I heard the angels calling,
I've met my foes, last night.
They said "I should be sorry."
I'm expressing human's desires...
And they threatened me with,
The right to life.
The right to stay here.

As he spoke spoke about "the angels calling" he went down to the ground and the camera went close up on him. He then looked right at the camera with no expression, with his eye glistening at the one light from the camera in front of him.

Holding my foes by the neck,
I'm the power of Land.
I'm expressing what most would do
I'm expressing human's desires...

I know I'm dangerous - but don't be scared.
I know I'm zealous for body and wealth, oh oh.
I'm not a predator - that's underrated.
I know I'm cruel, I ain't a fool,
I'm expressing human's desires.

[Instrumental]

I know I'm dangerous - but don't be scared.
I know I'm zealous for yourself and your bed, oh oh.
I'm not a predator - that's underrated.
I know I'm cruel, I ain't a fool,
I'm expressing human's desires.

The camera quickly zoomed out and fireworks then shot in to the air of the arena. The camera then did a shot of the red carpet outside and how real fireworks had shot up in to the night sky.

I know I'm dangerous - but don't be scared.
I know I'm zealous for body and wealth, oh oh.
I'm not a predator - that's underrated.
I know I'm cruel, I ain't a fool,
I'm expressing... human's desires.

As they played the outro, the lights, once again, went crazy and the audience started to applaud. "Thank you ever so much, Thanks!" Then, Fede and his band jumped off stage and then Mehkl came back in to vision.

Mehkl: No one was hurt in the song "Human's Desires," just now.

Interval Act 2
Britonish Presentation
The Serpentents - "We mustn't live in fear!"

Tune: Beyonce - "Radio"

Image

From the left to the right, Mini Surrey North, Maxi, Sisi and Abbey

Minnie (Mini) Surrey North and Abbey Surrey are sisters while the other two are just friends. They all met at London Girls School in year 5 where they all found an interest of singing. They all joined a choir and later formed their own group. They sang in many performances such as Britonisea's X Factor competition in 2011 where they came 3rd. They also performed at Britonisea's Music Awards where they won Best Group 2013. Mini Surrey North is the most recent Britonish winner, as she won in Carnise, Ekoz with 139 points.

The Earth is ending,
We must stand strong.
We all know that good things,
Never last long.

But, if we stand united,
It can be overturned.
If we are together,
Nothing could go wrong.

The girls then went in to a line, as the song started to build up. The staging was quite simplistic. It was of a red and grey background, and they were standing on a platform - similar to a catwalk platform.

We mustn't live in fear. (Live in fear, live in fear)
We could not be here tomorrow,
But look what we've done to the world.
One could say we’re mass destruction,
Or we are a page turned.
Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh Yo! Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh
We mustn't live in fear!
Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh Yo! Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh
We mustn't live in fear!

Constantly watched, and played
Fate’s moved its place. (The dice has, been rolled)
I don’t know if your ending is beginning.
But my beginning is ending.

Singing here, Abbey had sung "Constantly Watched" to "Ending." The sections which are in parenthesis was sung by the whole group. The staging didn't change much from earlier. But, the girls had moved forwards towards the camera (still in their line)

Remember as a child looking out of the window?
Troops fighting for humanity.
But now their plan has been defected
And we’ve gotta solve this.

We could not be here tomorrow,
But look what we’ve done to the world.
One could say we’re mass destruction,
Or we are a page turned.
Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh Yo! Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh
We mustn't live in fear!
Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh Yo! Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh
We mustn't live in fear!

The camera on wheels came speeding around the stage as the four girls stepped down. The two sisters went one side of the stage while the other members of the group went the other side.

All this mishap going on, makes me wonder...
Do we deserve this? Is the World moving on?
We can’t be here forever, I feel you fear run deep.
But its nature, we’re eliminated, the change is complete.

But, if we stand united,
It can be overturned.
If we are together,
Nothing could go wrong.

We mustn't live in fear. (Live in fear, live in fear)
We may not be here tomorrow,
But look what we've done to the world.
One could say we’re mass destruction,
Or we are a page turned.
Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh Yo! Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh
We mustn't live in fear!
Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh Yo! Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh-Oh

All this mishap going on, makes me wonder...
Do we deserve this? Is the World moving on?
We can’t be here forever, I feel you fear run deep.
But it’s nature, we’re eliminated, the change is complete.

Mini comes out of the wood works, and steps forward in to a white solo light. Mini was the previous Britonish winner. She then sung this last part by herself.

We may not be here tomorrow,
But look what we've done to the world.
One could say we’re mass destruction,
Or we are a page turned.
Oh-Oh-Oh, Oh-Oh-Oh, Oh-Oh—Ah!

The audience then screamed with love and excitement as they saw the scoreboard pop up on the screens below. The four girls waved and walked off the stage. Meanwhile, the camera pivoted around to where the hosts were.

Mehkl: That is it! The VOTING HAS CLOSED! We now speak to the WorldVision Committee to announce whether the votes are ready!
[COMMITTEE REP]: Yes, thanks for hosting a great show. I can announce that the winner is ready to be revealed. I'm looking forward to seeing how the results will pan out!
Fede: The first nation is ready to announce! Let's go!

KNN: Kannapian News Network

Hello from Kyvivre, I'm your host, Gavin Marone. I have been privileged to be in Kyvivre, Britonisea, for this amazing event: WorldVision 51. As you know, this is Kannap's second participation in WorldVision and my second time having the privilege to be your handsome host for the Kannapian voting results. It is clear that the Kannapian presentation this competition has been better than the last competition.

But, before I bore you any longer talking about Kannap, let's get to the points.

  1. Gurori
  2. Cheongji
  3. Kalosia
  4. Zeganas
  5. Arioslavia
  6. Britonesia
  7. Electrum

Now to the top three in the points according to the citizens of Kannap, it was definitely close between the top three and clearly a hard decision for the citizens of Kannap to vote upon.

Eight points go to Mercedini

Ten points go to Ethane

Finally, twelve points go to Estogium

That is all for now folks. Good luck to Kannapian contestants Brett Valdrell and Jackson Cullowee and goodnight Kannap!

The votes have been tallied for Zeganas.

Postby Zeganas » Tue Oct 18, 2016 3:35 pm

BCBC National
Zeganas's Points, presented by Walin Sakido.

On-screen appears a person, who is of the native ethnicity of Zeganas, which is wolflike but bipedal, obviously named Walin Sakido. He speaks in a somewhat creole accent due to his native language, but it isn't that heavy. He was the host of the show that selected the entry that would represent Zeganas in WorldVision.

He then appears on the screen.

"Hello nations of nationstates! Hello Kyvivre! I am so happy to be presenting these points. I love this year's theme because it goes so well with the values of Zeganas. I am happy, as is much of the people of Zeganas, for all nations who have shown their music to the world, but the people in Zeganas have voted what their personal opinions were and here are the results!"

1 Missus X
2 Normandy and Picardy
3 Izmedu
4 Mister X
5 Cheongji
6 Arioslavia
7 Mercedini

"That was awesome! Though it was weird that Zeganasians voted Missus X's duck entry... Ah well, now for the final 3 countries that get the most points."

8 points go to the awesome, the stunning..
Britonisea!

And now, 10 points, they go to the very spectacular performance
Ethane!

Finally, our 12 points, go to... na-na-na-na-na, na na na, Midsomerrrrr!
Estogium!

And he waves and then claps as the screen goes off to present the next country to announce their points.

Electrumite Worldvision Commentary - Network ENN (Electrum National Network)

Image
Max and Sonya really need more wardrobe funding....

Sonya: You thought we wouldn't be back but here we are in Kyvivre, Britonisea!
Max: What a gorgeous city, a gorgeous nation, and of course, we're in for a good show today.
Sonya: Although ENN has been running repeats due to recent government shutdown, they've somehow scrimped enough money to allow us to come here --
Max: But our wardrobe is terribad. Anyways, that's the last time you'll be seeing us -- because it's time for the songs!

0. Opening
Max: Probably one of the better songs we've seen so far in the Opening!
Sonya: Well what did you expect, we are in Britonisea, so of course it's going to be good.

1. Estogium
Max: Nice wistful song, really wants you to party and celebrate
Sonya: To be honest, I was hoping they would go pagan ritual and all that with the Midsummer but I guess this is OK too.
Max: We totally need a pagan song some time...

2. Mister X
Sonya: What an odd fusiony song, you had the piano, opera, and then you just had those drums, wow this is really unique
Max: It's grandiose, exciting, unusual, different. What a showstopper.

3. Missus X
Max: A whole load of quacks
Sonya: I don't really four ducks could really have an output of that many quacks! At least make the song more believable Missus X!
Max: RIck Leg is here, but otherwise its what we've come to expect from Missus X. I do love the tune though.

4. Kannap
Sonya: It's probably not one of my favourite songs so far, I found the voices just too scratchy and loud
Max: Sometimes it was hard to hear the song over the noises -- just what is that instrument anyways?
Sonya: I don't know, oh well. Let's go to the next song.

5. Darkmania
Max: What a great song! One of my favourites so far
Sonya: Oh, yeah, bring back the 80s! Just cheerful, playful, and not overly saccharine.
Max: Questionable lyrics though bullscrap? Really?
Sonya: And what is a 'nationstates'? I've never heard of that before..

8. Normandy and Picardy
Sonya: The quality of this contest has been top-notch so far. Very heart-rending.
Max: I wasn't really a fan of the backing to be honest, Manos just seems out of place.
Sonya: Yeah, but at least Susanne was left right and centre in this song.

9. Ethane
Max: Good stagecraft, they're always doing something rather than just standing there awkwardly
Sonya: Yeah, agreed
Max: Maybe the eurhhhhhhhhhh bit could I don't know, be excised from the song but there's not much we can do about that

10. Talvezout
Sonya: And we've gone considerably more laid back.
Max: This is really an interesting concept -- weaving in a special part for the opera singer -- Bergiologio
Sonya: I think this is an ingenious collaboration. I suspect it won't do well in the voting, but wow! Just great.
Max: Very memorable.

11. Mercedini
Max: Alright, the premise of the song might be corny, but it's got heart.
Sonya: The vocal quality of Nollov, outstanding.
Max: This is an amazing song. Very enthusiastic, and one of my top tips for today too actually.

12. Electrum
Sonya: It's middling, and I think it will get lost in the outstanding songs that we've heard today
Max: Damn ENN and their budget cuts! The government needs to sort itself out.
Sonya: ...but nonetheless, I think Sarah did a great job, it's all about having a go, it's not about winning or losing
Max: But it certainly is a tough act to follow Michael Street and Michel Li.

13. Adab
Max: And we get to the traditional al-Salaman song.
Sonya: Idon'treallygetthesnafubetweenal-Salamanandtheemperorsadvisorsbutitwasabadchoicebringingconvictslasttime
Max: Yes, indeed. And what an annoying song. Screeches, jeez -- these headphones they give us to hear the music more clearly -- they're beeping. It's ridiculous
Sonya: And it's about some conflict that we don't personally care about.
Max: Expect the trolls to vote for this one.
Sonya: Don't say that, now they will!

14. Zeganas
Sonya: It's great to see Zeganas back, a welcome relief from Adab
Max: But it's encouraging the idea that you should run away from your problems! That's so bad!
Sonya: Children should not be learning that, but it is at least it's hopeful, and probably the best all-male band tonight so far.

15. Gurori
Max: This probably would have served better as an opening song to be honest
Sonya: Yeah, it's a shame because it's bright and cheerful, but just way too short. Maybe a minute more and it would have been great.

16. Britonisea
Max: Jengiz' voice is so ethereal.
Sonya: Divine, simply divine. Although the song idea has been done many times before, it just...
Max: Just takes it to the next level. I much prefer this song over the other Ultimaversan song from Estogium, very well done.

17. Cheongji
Sonya: A typical pop song from Cheongji
Max: Call it C-Pop if you will.
Sonya: Hah.
Max: These songs usually annoy me, but this one, less so, or should I say, not at all.
Sonya: There's a bit of a cutesy charm to this song that I can't quite put my finger on.
Max: They could have done better than "Diplomatic Move" but oh well.

18. Kalosia
Max: Creepy beginning.
Sonya: I really don't know what to think. It's eerie, mysterious
Max: I'm not really a fan of this song. It just doesn't work for me.
Sonya: Really? I guess that's the first time we've disagreed all night. I think it gives it that atmosphere. Love the Kalosians. They're just always good looking.

19. Electrum Diplomatic Offices
Max: Meh
Sonya: Meh, at least she rhymed

20. Arioslavia
Sonya: Excellent.
Max: Trully excellent. It was the complete package really.
Sonya: We don't need to say more, but I'm blown away.

21. Izmedu
Max: Final song of the night, it's Izmedu!
Sonya: From one good song to another. They never fail to impress me.
Max: I can agree to those sentiments. Just her voice, it's heavenly.
Sonya: Ziva is my hero.
