He then picks up a stack of papers and hands it to someone to pass around the room, "I wanted to bring this to the attention of the Coalition membership. Currently The Armed Republic of Gonswanza is running an invasion campaign against The United States. We have secured our border and have issued an ultimatum to them to not approach our border, nor cross it as that would be an attack upon La République de la Nouvelle-Orléans and the Coalition as a whole." He clears his threat, "The papers that are being handed out are what we can tell are the current troop positions of the enemy, most of their troops are still a ways away from N'Awlinian borders but we wanted to keep the Coalition apprised of the situation in case we notice them getting too close and we need to initiate the Mutual Defense Pact."

The secretaries of Lee Byung-suk, who entered the Council, handed over the documents to delegates. Moments later, Lee Byung-suk asked for a say and stood on the platform.

"My fellow delegates, I am here to inform and condemn the anti-humanitarian racism committed by South Lanneria and the war crimes committed by The Empire of the Sutherlands.

The Flarians and Yurians, the mainstream race in South Lanneria, are enslaving Paquerians and Hirians, restricting their voting rights, depriving them of their right to school, committing hate crimes, and unjustly arresting them without trial. The South Lanneria government is sitting on the sidelines or sometimes directly implementing these moves.

And the Empire Of The Sutherlands, on South Lanneria's side, not only attacked Paquerians and Hirians resistance army, but also attacked camps set up for humanitarian purposes, killing medical staff and kidnapping patients in camps. No one knows where the patients are now.

My fellow delegates, I am here to condemn the crimes of these countries that are seriously undermining democracy and freedom, which are values that the IFC regards as important, and to prevent them from committing another crime. Let our council condemn the crimes against humanity in these countries. And let me introduce Resolution 30."

Seorabeol Federation Lee Byung-suk Condemnation of South Lanneria and The Empire Of The Sutherlands [Resolution Number: 30] Recognizing the importance of freedom from tyranny and discrimination, Recognizing the importance of natural human rights granted to all human beings, Recognize that attacks and war crimes against humanitarian efforts during the war are injustice. To condemn anti-humanitarian racism committed by South Lanneria and to condemn war crimes and inhumane acts committed by The Empire of the Sutherlands, The Council of the International Freedom Coalition: Condemns South Lanneria for its unfair treatment of Paquerians and Hirians by enslaving them or restricting their right to vote. Condemns The Empire Of The Sutherlands for slaughtering innocent medical staff sent for humanitarian purposes and kidnapping patients. In passing this resolution, the IFC Council strongly encourages Member States' governments to condemn South Lanneria and The Empire of the Sutherlands and to sever all ties with these countries. A Flynnvakian dignitary takes his seat for the first time in the Council of the IFC. They ponder about the lengths they have gone to receive this appointment. It has been some time since Flynnvakia sent a dignitary to a multilateral organization. The resolution in front of him seems like an obvious violation of the IFC charter and without thinking they blurt out: "The Federal Republic of Flynnvakia Votes Aye on Resolution 30"

Henderson, in charge of Imperial Affairs for this alliance during my absence. Any issues or concerns on imperial matters as it relates to the IFC shall be directed to her for the time being. WIth that, Ambassador Moorston stood up and exited the facility, heading towards his awaiting vehicle caravan to head to the Airport. Mrs. Henderson walks from her position and takes a seat in the Imperial Delegates chair.

The Deputy Ambassador of the Shazbotdom Empire pulled the microphone close to her and began speaking to the assembled membership, "In a continued effort to better relations with this alliance, and for the future of this Alliance and it's assets of self sustained Colonies on the Surface of Luna, I have been tasked to announce to the membership that we are in the process of planning the next phase of Internet Capable Satellites. This project, which will expand upon the already set-up satellite network fro Shazbotdom News Corporation, will expand Satellite Internet Capabilities far beyond our planet."

She takes a breath and takes a few gulps of water before continuing. "The plan is to have anywhere from 2 to 3 full orbits of Satellites at varying altitude orbits to act as intermediaries to bounce Internet Access to a constellation of Satellites that will be in orbit over the Moon. This will bring high speed internet to not only Imperial Assets to be launched to the moon, but also to our allies in the International Freedom Coalition." She looks back around the room, "It is unclear at this time as to what the price point will be, and if the Empire will charge for the service to the end users, as that is something that will have to be discussed between the membership."

"We do, now, have a Liaison from Shazbotdom News Corporation that will be arriving here at IFC Headquarters within the next week, and any discussion about price point will be debated from the membership directly to him. The Shazbotdom Empire will also be releasing an official Press Release on this matter within the next 10 minutes."
