If that's true, couldn't he have edited the lists first, rather than needlessly worrying IFC members, or even left a note above them? The removal of New Chilokver and the Lendol Archipelago from the lists certainly seems to be a cause for concern.

You do realize Shaz was having tchnical issues while he was editing the lists right? Plus it was early in the morning as well, so it is possible he made an innocent mistake. By no means does that indicate that he has any desire to get rid of New Chilkover or Lendol. So perhaps for the time being you should wait and see what Shaz has to say on the matter?

Lendol slipped through the cracks. When I was searching, I had a mix-up and forgot to put "The" in front of his username when I typed it into my browser. I will rectify that mistake.

New Chilokver, on the other hand, is still listed as Speaker and he is still on the Membership list. So I don't know what makes anyone think that he was taken off of the list. And honestly, I am waiting for a TG from him and Novo in regards to a matter of the IFC.

Alas, I tend to be right about long-term affects, and this effect will only become noticeable on that timescale. It is always possible Shazbotdom has no idea of what he is unleashing, but whether he is doing it on purpose or not, I will not be able to prove that he has unleashed it for a long time, quite possibly too late; although even then some people may refuse to believe the evidence of their own eyes.

I mean it just seems a little early to be making calls of the "IFC will turn into a PR friendly front for SACTO" or that it will be "on the way to irrlevance". Honestly I think perhaps you need to chill out and not take this so seriously. Besides we are only two days into Shaz's term and everything seems fine so far, so perhaps hold your judgment until a bit more has been accomplished? By expansion I meant your moves to empower the position of prime minister; by consolidation I mean the fact you took it upon yourself to gather complete OOC control of the IFC through both OP'ing the summit thread (which by the fact you made it in your nation was also a de-facto IC seizure as well) and using the admin account to suppress members which you unilaterally decided without the approval of the council to eject...

This type of sentiment and attitude is only further serving to cause bitterness and factionalism. Is this really what we can expect from you going forward? Ausitoria I hold no ill will for you, but what you said above(plus a litany of other examples) is pushing me to believe that you have no intention of working with us to build a better IFC. Tell me...what purpose does sowing all of this anger and fighting serve? Does it really benefit you or the future of the IFC for us to waste countless hours on trying to convince you that the IFC will still be a success with someone else at the helm? I mean I have sent you tg after tg telling you this and attempting to open up lines of communication. Yet all I hear in response is the above.. So perhaps trying to convince you was our folly. I would like to believe it isn't a pointless endeavor, but I am not sure how long I can continue to believe that.

To be honest, you don't care about the IFC anymore - I honestly doubt you've ever cared about it as much as some members do. Your only obligation here is caring about your control over it. It's your IFC or no IFC. Darth Sidious once said when finally confronted by Jedi after taking too much power that "I am the Senate." You are no different. You're just some sith lord trying to reuse the IFC's true system (something you actively prosecuted when it concerned you, hypocrite) not to gain power but to exact vengeance on those you feel wronged you. Because lets face it, you're angry everyone has finally wised up to your greed and now you'll never lead this organization again so long as the current member base is here. They've seen you're more interested in adding the IFC to your Commonwealth than making it an independent community. The irony here is that you proclaim some SACTO conspiracy to take over the IFC, so therefore we're taking the IFC's independence away. Irony comes into play because all you've ever done for the IFC while in office is take more and more control and at the cost of members rights and independence. But who cares right? It's for their own good they're part of your cannon so you can properly control them to make them better! But you see, that's you fogged up vision of the situation. So can you honestly say the IFC's independent when it's basically another organ to your cannon? Or will you finally agree that a body that elected new leadership that doesn't side with you indeed has independence? Now this isn't any official poll that has affects connected, I just want to see who here has seen enough of this drama bullshit?
