The colonies would be vastly expanded. Due to large white populations and demands for independence the Netherlands would give the regions great autonomy. By 1943 the king with support of the church and parliament would declare all the lands of the crown part of a new United Kingdom. Further autonomy would be granted to prevent leading to a vote to either disband or continue the United Kingdom from the colonies. All but one(Gold Coast) voted to remain in the Netherlands. Further democratization would occur after the act of Union.

There is hope among the Duchies and Kingdom that this display of military effectiveness without any lives lost will be enough to convince the IFC of Hanigian prowess despite their pacifism.

Brief History of your nation: Hanig’s history is muddled due to it’s recent emergence as a nation state. Historians estimate that Hanig has been inhabited for 3,000 years, with early populations migrating to the archipelago. It’s three tribes, the Ninag, Horag and Agage are the last survivors of the Modern Plague, the term used to describe the numerous illnesses spread by contact with the wider world. The former city-state of Jach Hinag has long played a minor role in global trade, and as such it and three surviving tribes withstood the Modern Plague. The Modern Plague first spread as a result of the discovery of a transmitter on a wrecked cargo trip by the Ninag, and subsequent contact with the outside world. After the 35 years of civil war, North Aquaria eventually won the civil war, but then several things happened and caused the Red Square Riot. The government then agreed to undergo a democratic reform on its whole political system, yet remained the efficiently working socialist economy. The Aquaria, with its profits gained by oil trading, soon gain ability to set up the whole reconstructed nation and eventually grow into the modern, wealthy, and reborn Aquaria.

Section IV: Immediate Action Any and all memberstates currently in external alliances that are dedicated to causes that do not uphold human rights and freedoms or are dedicated to the eradication of humans due to their ideological stances shall be given 90 days to re-prioritize their alliance. Any and all memberstates currently in military alliances with states that are authoritarian and do not hold the IFC standard for freedoms shall be given 90 days to restructure military agreements. Section V: Enforcement Memberstates that do not comply with the aforementioned requirements shall be subject to an investigatory process to determine if the association with these organizations constitutes a conflict of interest with the International Freedom Coalition. Memberstates found to have an active conflict of interest shall be given another 90 days from judgement to correct such conflict of interest or be considered for official sanctions, up to and including ejection from this Organization. John collapsed into the chair at his office desk. He was utterly exhausted, but his legislation has passed Parliament. All it required now was his signature. He signed the law with a fancy cursive stroke. Now, effective tomorrow at noon, abortion would be expressly legal in Columbia. Before, it was a gray area where no law existed on the procedure that either criminalized or legalized it. Now, it would be a protected right. He had managed to get most of Parliament on board, making compromises with the Liberal Democrats to limit the amount that the National Health Service would pay for it, limiting it to one fully paid per year. All parties that voted yes were happy on the matter, he had fulfilled a core campaign goal, and his coalition hadn’t been torn apart on the issue. He was riding high.
