Soon after, the War of Remnant Expansion and occupation of Zhangua, and the grant of limited independence to Pragmata and Alenterra created the prototype of what would later be called the Greater Remnant Cooperation Sphere. Over the next quarter-decade, Nongea, Canaam, Namavar, and Modeno all joined the GRCS as well, either voluntarily, or through political, economic, or military pressure. At this time, the GRCS is currently in the process of consolidating the various cultures, economies, and military forces while those same differences threaten to stagnate or even dissolve the nation that has spent 25 years attempting to become a regional power.

Got a few things that need clarification:
1. What exclusions apply when referring to the Right to Equality?
2. What are the restrictions to "Freedom of Expression?"
3. What are the restrictions on "Freedom from Arbitrary Detention?"
