That's still no excuse, and trust me; I have been through this organization since before we merged and were simply the I.F.A. I led it as its first, and third Prime Minister, created many of the institutions it still has in place today, and have been through more crises and changes in leadership and style than almost anyone here.

So if anyone can "harshly" criticize; it's me.

And your loyalty to the organization is greatly respectable, that is of no question; especially from someone like me is still rather new. Yet your criticism isn't. The leadership you see arose from one hell of a crisis, questioning perhaps where or not organization which had allowed itself to be a haven even to genocidal rouge dictactorships not under the name of freedom but in the name of political fairness even supported freedom anymore. It was they who took up the baton and restored the name of IFC, something I'd think you of all people could appreciate the most.

While that excuses no one from giving effort to their post, it does entitle them to at least the respect of challenging them fairly on an IC plane as opposed to OOC. If you don't like how the IFC has become stagnant then stop complaining and do something. Sitting around critiquing on the OOC won't solve any problems; it's effortless to complain. If your quarrel is the leadership rather than the organization, challenge them council. We all appreciate a little drama I can guarantee you that.

I, Maki Kojiro, Shogun of the Empire of Greater Nihon, am addressing this letter to the honorable leadership of the International Freedom Coalition: that the recent crisis in relation to Chkalvosk has wholeheartedly worried me, judging by it's destabilizing potential, and outright jingoist calls coming from inside the international freedom coalition itself. While understanding that - according to the principles the international freedom coalition was founded - there are some matters that can generate concern, it is in firm belief of the Empire of Greater Nifon that those concerns can be resolved peacefully.

From independent research carried out by Gunpeitai, it is evident that majority of Chkalvoskians support establishment of the grand duchy and restoration of the monarchy. At the same time, Chkalvosk is currently after a violent attempt of a military coup carried out by National Bolshevik Party, with control to the legitimate government restored only as of recent. While the Empire of Greater Nifon does not, and will never agree with extremely reckless actions made by Vorshevskaya - denka such as surrounding embassies and use of cruise missile weaponry, it nerveless understands that internal circumstances in Chkalvosk are, at this moment, extremely worrying.

The bakufu is fully willing to work with both Chkalvoskian government and the International Freedom Coalition as a whole to resolve this matter peacefully. Should there arise a need for a neutral mediator, the Empire of Greater Nifon is fully willing to organize such mediation in Ishikawa. In full belief of myself this matter can be resolved peacefully, without violating both will of Chkalvoskian people and their national sovereignty. At the same time, it is an interest of the Empire of Greater Nifon to keep the situation stable as much as it is possible at given moment, and to prevent this crisis from escalating into full blown conflict which would have versed national interest of the Empire of Greater Nifon.

Within short time, a proposal for so called " Kojiro plan " for resolving this issue shall be officially published in order for all governments to be reviewed and taken into consideration.

1. Chkalvovskian government will unban participation in politics by all non- violent leftist parties that do not adhere to revolutionary ideologies. As much as often dishonorable their views are, if said parties do not preach a need of a violent revolution or other forms of political violence in order to attain their goals, they are free to exist.

2. An independence referendum will be held in every administrative unit of Belarus, observed by independent observers from both the IFC and The Empire of Greater Nifon. The referendum will determine weather the people of Belarus or any other province want to be part of the Union State, or should they remain independent. Should the referendum choose independence, Vosrhevskaya - denka is obliged to honor it. In any case of annexation, the will of the local population shall be held supreme, and weather they choose to stay as part of Chkalvosk or be independent will be solely their choice.

3. Grand Dutchy of Chkalvovsk will lift sieges of any embassy of a foreign nation and agree to respect their security. Should any damage be done as a result of those actions, monetary reparations should be paid.

4. The International Freedom Coalition will recognize the position of Alena Vorshevskaya - denka as legitimate constitutional monarch of Chkalvosk, following unbanning of non-violent left leaning parties, judging by the fact that multiple nations in the International Freedom Coalition retain very alike system. It is at this moment transparent that this move has a popular support, thus there is little need for lack of recognition.

5. The International Freedom Coalition will refrain from any militant action against the Union State of Chkalvosk nor will it put any degree of sanctions as soon as points of this plan are met.

Those points are voluntarily to be accepted, in full belief that rational human action will prevail over delusional militant idealism.
