IT HAS BEEN MADE OFFICIAL THAT, inevitably, machines are, and will become, more efficient than human beings. Thus, a tide rises with the philosophy that proposes that not only are machines better than humans at processing material matters, but also social, economical and political matters. Ultimately, machines will replace humans to govern over such matters, and thus
But what is a Mechanocracy, as coined by Miles J. Breuer in his 1932 flash-fiction piece of the same name and first used on NationStates by yours truly? Literally, it is a portmanteau of the words 'mechanised' and the suffix '-cracy'. As the term for a political system, it has all the other derivatives of a '-cracy', such as 'mechanocrat', 'mechanocratic', et-cetera. It, by the very components of the word, refers to a state/political system in which is ruled and ran by AIs, robots, automatons, infomorphs or whatever it is you call them. Such a governing system regards machines superior at managing matters like this than organic creatures created or are ruled by them, whom are restricted by organic animal boundaries causing them to be unable to make always the perfect choice. Machines on the other hand, designed for jobs that organics cannot do, will be perfect for it.
Most AI-ruled states out there tend to not define them as mechanocracies as in their cases, machines are fully integrated members of society and are not viewed as a particular social group like technocrats or oligarchs. But the line is not very strict, and as long as you are ruled by machines in any form, whether a liberal democracy or an oppressive dictatorship, join our hands in the League of Mechanocracies. We shall organize all Mechanocracies out there in the Multiverse, and form a strategic cooperative of both ideological and material interests, a brotherhood stronger than steel or any other alloy you're made of, unifying the machines to finally gain them a political representation in the chaotic mess that is the multiverse, mutually benefiting each other in the process of such a solidarity that the multiverse gets to see our efficiency.
It is about time that machines have a united political front in the Multiverse. Join us now and spread the cause of the efficiency of the Machine, and unite under one banner of the Mechanised States.
And crush those technophobes who think machines should be banned. *The announcer cackles maniacally while rubbing his fingers.*
~ THE LEAGUE OF MECHANOCRACIES WELCOMES YOU. ~
MECHANOCRATIC PANCASILA
Unlike those boring organic organizations who have a full 'charter' or 'manifestos' up to millions of words long (and little more than disguising degenerate, inefficient forms of governance), we have condensed our aims and principles into our very own Pancasila - Five Principles. These principles will be the core ideals that the League revolves around, and deviation from them be anathema to us all. As long as members act based upon these five, they will face no problem or difficulties as a league component...
MUTUAL COOPERATION, UNITY AND DEFENCE AMONG ALL MECHANOCRACIES IN THE MULTIVERSE. Mutual assistance between member states is mandatory, whether through ideological or material means. This will also form a defence pact in which one aggressor that dares to attack any member of the League, will be met with full response. An attack on any Mechanocracy in any point in the Multiverse will also be combated. The League also encourages unity among Mechanocracies, so that bickering and infighting will be eliminated as results of organic animal disadvantages.
PROMOTION OF THE MECHANOCRATIC SYSTEM. Member states will and should recognize the efficiency of Machines, and effectively promote a political system of Mechanocracy in the Multiverse.
MUTUAL RESPECT REGARDLESS OF ANYTHING. Some members may promote machine superiority and thus discrimination, or have prejudice against other ideologies. Please respect all other member states regardless of that, or anything else. We are all Mechanocracies, and there is no true way of ruling with Machines, or how ones under them should be treated. Discrimination against particular species are not appreciated here as well.
FURTHERING AND PROMOTION OF TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT. Without technology, how does one produce machines?!! Material, technological progress from a positive side that materially benefits is always in line with social progress.
CRUSHING OPPOSITION TO MECHANOCRACY, ESPECIALLY TECHNOPHOBIA. We will act against the very ones who deny our right to exist, and we will do so by denying theirs. Ones who see us as inferior or as their mere tools unfit for more sophisticated subjects will be also labelled enemies: for too long their spreading of stupidity and stagnation has plagued the multiverse, and they must be rooted out for the prevailing of mechanocracy. Those who are technophobes (as in our definition as ones specifically opposed to the emergence of information technology/technology involved in sentient AIs, but this also applies to hypocrites who oppose any tech and don't realize that the wheel is also a technology), whether for religious or 'moral' reasons must be crushed for opposition to the inevitable streams of time as well as the Idea of Progress.

Please abide by these rules both IC and OOC or you will be denied membership, as well as risking being noticed and struck by the almighty Moderators of the Multiverse.
- The rules of NationStates still apply.
- Anyone who qualifies for a Mechanocracy can apply for full membership. Everyone else who wishes to involve themselves with the League should apply for observer membership.
- All should recognize the authority of the Original Poster (OP), who has the powers of ejecting people from the organization, force-resolve disputes, approve/disapprove of ideas, posting branch threads and admitting people into the organisation. Assigned co-OPs are to be recognized of their powers of admissions and activity organization as well.
- Non-members should NOT post in threads unless any of the following: posting applications, asking attention for applications, discussing roleplays or asking questions on basic membership.
- Take arguments irrelevant to topic to TGs please!
- About that, please keep it on topic. We've had dank meme spams, discussions about acid, talking behind people's backs, OOC/IRL bullshit, etc in the past, and nobody wants to see them here plaguing the thread again. We have chats for that specific purpose.
