Oh dear. I am going to have to concur with Tinfect on this one.

I'm enjoying roleplaying as Ashkera, but Ashkera is more... intense, for lack of a better word, than any real country. I've also avoided the super-realistic RPs, and the ones that aren't realistic enough.

Describe as much of the character's environment as is possible. Mention notable or otherwise interesting parts of said environment, even if it so far has no relation whatsoever to the story - or, better yet, have your characters comment on them (for instance, in one story, I have one of the characters ask about a statue of Trotskaya).

Another way to lengthen posts is to describe what's going on elsewhere in a separate arc - this is not only a good way to add to your post's word-count, but also great for developing some otherwise-neglected characters and the rest of the world around them.

Most of my posts do this. You can setup situations and track multiple "threads" in the story tapestry.

Eh, most of my posts are strategic-level, though I suppose I could use that.

I usually put words into an extremely long description of the local history and what inspired the group acting, there's another. The language used is usually violently opinionated and ideological for better color.

Even on the strategic level you can be descriptive: just describe what's going down on the ground floor, what influences the orders your generals give (or who they are), etcetera. Though your writing shouldn't be opinionated unless you're writing from the first-person perspective: the third-person narrator should be impartial, only expressing opinion to add effect.

Just describe the setting in explicit detail. Talk about how the texture of the wall was smooth under her hands as she walked slowly down the dimly lit corridor. She hesitated slightly before turning, left, corners had always frightened her, perhaps it was the blindness, the lack of knowledge as to what lurks around the bend.

I actually do this all the time (see RoG), along with line breaks for dialogue. It is a great tactic to do; usually making my posts ~6,000 words and seeming much longer than one compounded 6,000 word posts would be.
