Neutronium's weak, you need to combine all the quarks in your armor into a single hadron.

It's much more effective to just stack a few hundred universes on top of each other, and use that as your armor.

Try Big Bang Inducers and a sheath of nigh-indestructible jellyfish flesh.

Cancerous. Weaponized jellyfish is the way of the future.

The Nth Crusade has proven that weaponized jellyfish will lose to weaponized bacteriophages. You'll need to come up with something better.

About hovertanks: if you've got the technology to have a tank lift itself up a building or over a river, then it's probably a pretty good idea to use it, assuming there's still a need for tanks in battle. Though at a certain point a hovertank might evolve into a really compact VTOL aircraft instead if you're looking for mobility and less reliance on good ground conditions. Just my thought.

That's just blasphemous propaganda from a heretical regime hell-bent on the senseless murder of my beautiful pets.

Keeping it to sort-of-PMT, and letting the FFT guys do their own thing, I will raise that to psionic hardlight cannons and telekinetic shielding.

I'll raise everyone no hovering apparatus, because hovertanks are dumb.

(and you also can't crush things beneath your mighty treads when there are no treads)

How about a MLRS with tactical pure-fusion warheads?

Pure fusion weapons offer the possibility of generating very small nuclear yields.

Or you could be boring and just go thermobaric.

You keep playing about with your caterpillar treads while your tanks get stomped by the next generation of grav-propelled assault tanks.

(and you also can't crush things beneath your mighty treads when there are no treads)

Why do you think the ET-60 exists?! Tiny baby tanks get squashed like bugs under absurdly-huge mine-proof wheels. I know I need to do the wikipage for the ET-60, but in case you haven't guessed, they're basically Juggernauts from Star Wars.

But why build ultra-fragile hovertanks when the extremely durable, tried-and-tested tracks are still a thing and a billion times cheaper?

I mean, fuck, if it wants to hover, it's gotta be pretty lightweight. And it's got giant engines on the bottom, just itching to be blown up.

Why thermobaric when you can destroy the universe by playing orgasm sounds at 100000000000000000000000000000000 decibels?

Good idea. I'm definitely using this in a war with the Ravagery.

If the hoverdrive/contraption/engine is located within the chassis of the vehicle, it may not blow up right away if the exhausts or hoverpods are hit. May destabilize the vehicle, though.
