At least he had the decency to come out and say that he doesn't like anime flags, even if he shouldn't be able to decide what's a flag and what's not. This guy just pretends that non-traditional flags don't exist.

I was going to mention that, but he probably considers replying to nations with non-IC flags some kind of blasphemy or something. I hope for his sake that he never sets foot in General.

Most of the Russian population is west of the Urals, but with the aforementioned industrial power of East Asia and most of the massive population of China, he could easily take European Russia and use the dissatisfied post-Soviet nationalist yearnings of part of its citizenry to his advantage.
