Now they were waiting for breakfast to rool in, even though they have eaten on the second day of travel to Vulkata in the morning, but who dosen't want to eat food served to you. It was back to talking of normal everyday things until the Premier heard the distinct click of a rifle being raised, upon instinct he reached into his coat and almost pulled out his signature weapon, until he realized what was happening.

It's like the guy was illiterate and was called Djakoslav at first (but that doesn't make much sense still coming to Slavic names) but misspelt it, and the officials laughed and let it pass, but given the nature of transliteration of characters in these parts such a hypothesis was laughably wrong and the 'worst conclusion' had to be rushed.
