What are my duties as a partial member?

Partial members are like normal members, but with some limitations. Partial members can interact diplomatically and economically with other members or partial members, they can attend meetings and express their opinion on the matter that is being discussed, but they only have voice, not vote. Partial members also cannot run for important posts. They can host buildings, but activities in buildings will be more concentrated in other member nations.

I want to inform all of you, members of the DEUN, that Ivelboria, co-founder of the Union will be back before we expected. He will hopefully come back on September 5th, 2016

Important Announcement

The DEUN will celebrate its first meeting to discuss various matters:
1- Presidential Vacancy
2- New Government Positions
3- New Official Buildings

This meeting will be held in the Headquarters located in Hirvania. All members (and partial members) are invited to this meeting and can voice their opinion on all the matters that will be discussed. This meeting will be celebrated for various days which will start on August 11th, 2016.

If any of the assisting nations has any objection, suggestion or wants to discuss anything in particular, you can say it.

Doing it post by post is a little slow and tedius, so I thought of something. Maybe, we could do it on a place where all members could participate at the same time (Discord in this case). We are mainly progressive and support progressive movements like gay marriage, but we are hard on crime and because of the significant rural/tribal population, traditional practices are still very common. Pacificora is a set of islands varying in size and a portion of the mainland it acquired in a war with one of its close neighbors. This section of land was home to a significant amount of silicon, boosting the technological sector by unprecedented amounts. Hope I am acceptable to your standards. Cya
