However, Ardoki does not have such things. Health is managed by the Ministry of Health, education is managed by the Ministry of Education, utilities are managed by the Ministry of Public Utilities, etcetera. I guess the closest thing to what you mean would be a preschool (it is a small target which wouldn't be defended).

I'm assuming it's wherever the public goes to record their income status, receive their payments etc. I didn't know which office is actually responsible for handing out cash and/or food stamps, etc. but I figured it more likely they would have some sort of smaller regional office instead of just expecting the capital to cover everything...

I mean unless the myth of the Ardokian welfare state is a lie passed on Setsuzoku (in which case I would retcon and attack something else) I'm not sure how they manage to cover all that ground without more regional offices...

Well oocly I tried to advise agaonst certain acts for this reason. I told people rapid change was unlikely and icly stated the only realistic change anytime soon is resolving the human rights issue

You can't change the main government, but what you can do is slowly chip off pieces of territory into sovereign, independent republics and influence their government.

Well, nobody can (truthfully) say that Ausitoria didn't try to square the circle and work out a nice long-term solution. If it does fall through, Ausitoria would presumably (?) split the blame between Guadalupador and Roski on one hand (having impossible expectations and making absurd demands) and the ASDLP (having impossible expectations and making absurd demands), but we can leave any detailed recriminations for later in the Council, assuming we're not very busy dealing with Ralkovia...

I don't think storming out of a conference is a very good justification for war.

However, it depends on the context. Leaving a conference which you believe has been designed to provocative your country, is not terrible. It is a lot better than remaining, and trying to argue with diplomats who appear content with declaring an alliance to destroy your country.

I frankly think that those can go into in pair; after all, elections are period of weakness and perfect occasion for Aanglandian insurgents to cause political downfall. I may take control over Aanglandian paramilitary if you like instead.

Alternatively, would they have spoken to think tanks in Ausitoria and discovered how Resolution 21 c was likely to be implemented, and therefore have decided to peaceably resign from the IFC, in which case Resolution 21 c obviously wouldn't (be able to) apply?

Also imagine if the Nazis just turned over Hitler and Geobels and pretending everything else was cool, while Georing, Himmler and Dr. Mengele went about business as usual with no reprocussions while still ignoring the demands of both the Soviets and Western Allies, all the while Hitler is allowed to travel the world and go on singing contests.

Literally this is what Ardoki expects us to be cool with...
