Brief description: This alliance functions a lot like NATO, and is full mainly of strong Feng allies. This pact was built with the intention of strengthening Feng and it's allies, to bring prosperity to Feng's allies and to ensure Feng had a stable reservoir of allies it could rely on for help, as any good nation needs.

Brief description of your armed forces, their tech, quality, history, and their equipment:
-Navy: In 1526, the first Spanish conquistadors landed on the island. Although a large number of natives died, they fought back against the Spanish, killing enough of them that they were forced to leave a ship behind when they left. This ship was used to guard the island by later colonists, whom retrieved and repaired it. Later, in 1706, the colonial governor hired former pirates to guard the island chain from the English and other pirates. In the 1860's, the United States blockaded their southern states with ironclad warships. The San Claveran navy managed to steal one, later modeling their own ships after the American warships. In doing so they built a series of shipyards, which allowed them to stay up-to-date with current naval technology up until the middle 20th century. During the second world war, they sent a small fleet-- two destroyers and several transport vessels-- to fight with the Allies. While fighting along the northern German coast, they found a U-boat shipyard, and captured one. Since then, they have blended American and German technology in their ships. Currently, their navy consists of about a dozen destroyers, a missile cruiser, two battleships, and six submarines. Their oldest active vessel was built in 1957, and their most recent was commissioned in 2009. Rumors in the intelligence community say that the San Claveran navy is building a new Nuclear Submarine, although how they intend to obtain the nuclear weapons to arm it with is unknown.
-Air Force: A small number of pilots were trained during World War 2 by the Royal Air Force. These pilots brought their knowledge back with them, and paved the way for the San Claveran Air Force to be built. Today, the under-appreciated branch relies on refurbished F-15's and A-10's.
-Marines: Historically built up from local militias and Spanish fort guards, the marines were organized initially in 1742 by the colonial governor in order to better coordinate defense against pirates, the English, and the French. In 1816, the marines revolted against the oppressive governor, leading the colonists to oust those loyal to the Spanish. The small island chain fought a small war, but Spain was unwilling to devote forces to the fight, and thus San Claver became its' own nation. The General of the Marines declared himself King, and ever since the leader of the nation has held the title of General. The Marines were modernized during the 1980's, after fear of the Cold War caught up with the nation. Today, they are commonly armed with Galil rifles, with variants depending on the soldier's specialty. Other infantry equipment includes, but is not limited to, the Mk 19 Grenade Launcher and RPG-22. Light Infantry Vehicles include the Kaiser Jeep M715, the LAV III, and the M117. Their primary armored vehicle is the EE-9 Cascavel. Forts are present on most of the islands, which hold incredible amounts of artillery, mostly composed of the GIAT LG1 and M101 Howitzer.

In 1526, Spanish Conquistadors first landed on the San Claveran islands. Due to a lack of treasure and an abundance of native resistance, the conquistadors left in search of more fruitful lands. Later, in 1552, Spanish colonists landed on the islands and founded the Colony of San Claver. While lacking ores and gold, the colony had incredibly fertile soil, and thus became home to a number of plantations. It soon became a major consumer of the slave trade and an official slave trade center.
The prosperous colony revolted from it's oppressive Spanish rulers in 1816, at which point the near anarchic government almost immediately collapsed. When the General of the Marines declared himself King, he established order and began to guide the colony. The colony remained a slave trade center until 1896, when the American Theodore Roosevelt threatened invasion if they didn't comply. Knowing that the US had ample other reasons to invade as well, and that the islands could not withstand the American military, the King consented. While the slave trade and slavery ended, most slaves continued to work on the plantations for lack of other available work.
True modernization occurred during the second world war, when the current King-- whom was now called Chancellor-- send part of the San Claveran military to fight with the Allies in Europe. He studied the other major nations, using his studies and the experience of the now tested military to modernize the military, economy, and government. Today, the libertarian nation has become a well-known caribbean nation with strong ties to Latin America, America, and Europe. It commonly offers to serve as a liaison between Latin America and other powers due to it's political connections.

Brief description of your armed forces, their tech, quality, history, and their equipment: As already mentioned, the Isle´ish traditionally have a "Unified Command" instead of different military branches. The Royal Army generally operates on the so-called Hawthorne-Doctrine, developed by Sir Alistair Hawthorne in the 1850s
1.) The Ground forces is what win the war. Navy and Air Force exist purely to support this. [This lead to the Royal Army operating a way larger Ground Force than Navy or Air Force. Neither of the latter are capable of strategic projection]
2.) Mobility before Firepower. [Isle´ish forces are usually fully mechanized. The Mechanized Infantry and Tank Forces can easily be considered superior to that of most other armies. In contrast, Artillery and other forces are, while usually not incapable, quite reduced in size]
3.) Initiative before Planning. [Isle´ish forces prefer "Auftragstaktik"]
4.) All forces are still relevant in the moment of battle, and all forces need to be maintained on a superb level [Navy, Air Force and Artillery crews and equipment is still decent, just not numerous.]

The Isle´ish also have a proud military tradition, and our soldiers are usually trained quite well in close combat [Bayonet Fighting etc.]

Brief history of your nation(3-5 paragraphs):
Early History - The Unified Isles [An Archipelago of 66 Major Islands, with a lot of mostly unpopulated minor ones] was first settled in between ca. 400 to 550 AD [There were more minor, irrelevant Celtic settlements earlier, though] by a varied mixture of Germanic Tribes. Other cultures would mix over in the years to come, most notably Scandinavian and French. Political structure at this time was feudal: Most Isles were ruled by one "Lord", and all the Lords were usually in different phases of feuds with each other. Power shifted to a higher level when some Lords would declare "Jarls" to rule over Petty Kingdoms of multiple Isles. Derived forms of this ancient Jarldoms still serve as Subdivisions for the Modern Isle´ish state.

The Unification - Till about 750 AD most of the Jarls were basically at constant war with each other. This changed when William of Northumberland, one of the most influential Jarls at this time, managed to achieve a sort of hegemony over the other Jarldoms after a prolonged War against Andrew of Kent. In 769 he was elected by "The Great Thing", an assembly of all Jarls, as Supreme Ruler of the Isles, or "King of the Isles and Northern Floates".

The Warring States (801-1836) - The Time following William´s Death in 801 was defined by a state of basically constant Civil War. This is due to multiple reasons:
- Succession Laws were not clear. While William I.´s Son (Also called William, like most Jarls of Northumberland) claimed that King was a hereditary office, others claimed that it was an elective office, and others declared that it had been a one-time thing.
- No Jarl or Lord was permanently powerful enough to ensure a long time claim for the Crown.
- Geographical circumstances allowed for easy secession of the Kingdom.

The Reunification, The Military Dictatorship and the Imperial Century. (1836-1936) - In 1827, a military officer named Horatio Mercator rebels against "The Establishment" of the constant civil war and power struggles. He manages to fully seized power by 1836 thanks to his innovative military tactics and diplomacy. Horatio, crowned as King Horatio I., ensures his power claim by essentially establishing a military dictatorship. Most civilian offices are controlled by the Military. His tradition is carried on by his Grandson Horatio II. after his death in 1861. This so-called "Imperial Century" comes to an end on the 28th of August 1936 when Horatio II. died, exactly one-hundred years after Horatio I. was crowned.

Recent History - After the death of Horatio II., who had no direct heirs, power was given to his son-in-law James of Warwick. The new Warwickan Dynasty deliberately weakened the Military and Nobility by creating a democratic and republican parliament. This has lead to the modern states of the Unified Isles...

- The Following questions aren´t really applicable for the Royal Army which does not differentiate between Army, Navy and Air Force but rather has a "Unified Command" which specific directorates for specific services. Instead, I´ll just list the number of units available within the Royal Army:
- 26 Mechanized Divisional Teams [The Division is the major Work Block of the Royal Army, each Division has about ~20.000 to 30.000 Men depending on Organization Type]
- 1 Air Assault Divisional Team [The 3rd Marine Division]
- 19 Independent Add-On Brigades [These are usually assigned to a Division as modification and reinforcement during a deployment. In addition to 7 Mechanized Brigade, There also exist multiple Light Infantry, Parachute and Mountaineer Brigade]

Brief description of your armed forces, their tech, quality, history, and their equipment: As already mentioned, the Isle´ish traditionally have a "Unified Command" instead of different military branches. The Royal Army generally operates on the so-called Hawthorne-Doctrine, developed by Sir Alistair Hawthorne in the 1850s
1.) The Ground forces is what win the war. Navy and Air Force exist purely to support this. [This lead to the Royal Army operating a way larger Ground Force than Navy or Air Force. Neither of the latter are capable of strategic projection]
2.) Mobility before Firepower. [Isle´ish forces are usually fully mechanized. The Mechanized Infantry and Tank Forces can easily be considered superior to that of most other armies. In contrast, Artillery and other forces are, while usually not incapable, quite reduced in size]
3.) Initiative before Planning. [Isle´ish forces prefer "Auftragstaktik"]
4.) All forces are still relevant in the moment of battle, and all forces need to be maintained on a superb level [Navy, Air Force and Artillery crews and equipment is still decent, just not numerous.]

The Isle´ish also have a proud military tradition, and our soldiers are usually trained quite well in close combat [Bayonet Fighting etc.]

Brief history of your nation(3-5 paragraphs):
Early History - The Unified Isles [An Archipelago of 66 Major Islands, with a lot of mostly unpopulated minor ones] was first settled in between ca. 400 to 550 AD [There were more minor, irrelevant Celtic settlements earlier, though] by a varied mixture of Germanic Tribes. Other cultures would mix over in the years to come, most notably Scandinavian and French. Political structure at this time was feudal: Most Isles were ruled by one "Lord", and all the Lords were usually in different phases of feuds with each other. Power shifted to a higher level when some Lords would declare "Jarls" to rule over Petty Kingdoms of multiple Isles. Derived forms of this ancient Jarldoms still serve as Subdivisions for the Modern Isle´ish state.

The Unification - Till about 750 AD most of the Jarls were basically at constant war with each other. This changed when William of Northumberland, one of the most influential Jarls at this time, managed to achieve a sort of hegemony over the other Jarldoms after a prolonged War against Andrew of Kent. In 769 he was elected by "The Great Thing", an assembly of all Jarls, as Supreme Ruler of the Isles, or "King of the Isles and Northern Floates".

The Warring States (801-1836) - The Time following William´s Death in 801 was defined by a state of basically constant Civil War. This is due to multiple reasons:
- Succession Laws were not clear. While William I.´s Son (Also called William, like most Jarls of Northumberland) claimed that King was a hereditary office, others claimed that it was an elective office, and others declared that it had been a one-time thing.
- No Jarl or Lord was permanently powerful enough to ensure a long time claim for the Crown.
- Geographical circumstances allowed for easy secession of the Kingdom.

The Reunification, The Military Dictatorship and the Imperial Century. (1836-1936) - In 1827, a military officer named Horatio Mercator rebels against "The Establishment" of the constant civil war and power struggles. He manages to fully seized power by 1836 thanks to his innovative military tactics and diplomacy. Horatio, crowned as King Horatio I., ensures his power claim by essentially establishing a military dictatorship. Most civilian offices are controlled by the Military. His tradition is carried on by his Grandson Horatio II. after his death in 1861. This so-called "Imperial Century" comes to an end on the 28th of August 1936 when Horatio II. died, exactly one-hundred years after Horatio I. was crowned.

Recent History - After the death of Horatio II., who had no direct heirs, power was given to his son-in-law James of Warwick. The new Warwickan Dynasty deliberately weakened the Military and Nobility by creating a democratic and republican parliament. This has lead to the modern states of the Unified Isles...

Good application, but Gods and Emperors's Canon is also my main NSCanon, and we have begun to talk about becoming IC enemies there and thus on NS, so that is a problem. As such, we should discuss this and work this out if you want to be a member, like you will likely have to not be my IC enemy, which would also alter my diplomatic actions in the RP and on NS, so this may take a bit to sort out. Still, nothing personal or nothing troublesome with your application, so there's a good chance you'd be accepted if we work out our RP relations and figure out how to solve this(Though Gods and Emperors will continue being NSCanon, so, you will most likely need to be my ally, which as I've already said, would be a major change in the RP, and my NSCanon at whole.
