The brutality of Nazi resistance and desperation make Vulkatans remember the Nazis more than they do the Japanese. Nazis are assumed defeated after the defeat of the Axis as resistance simply vanishes.

Bahtari groups, Zhouranese etc. the locals stay away from these mountains because of rumors and tales of a cannibal tribe, but the miners and security forces ignore this and continue their operation. Suddenly, people start to disappear and people start to discover that they seem to be watched or stalked during their operations. Security forces attempt to find the missing persons, and that's when they discover a tribe of Nazi camnibals high up in the mountains who start hunting down and slowly killing off the miners on the mountains...
