Well, considering major UCI members are fighting in OSAN it is imperative we get to maximize cooperation of office work and military work between members through a more comprehensive and integrated relationship between the two entities.

Well, its a matter of cumulative positions which UCI holds with high regard. If the majority feels threatened by communism, then under common interest clauses, we can ban communism from this alliance.
