It is a matter of fact in the NS world 99.999% of the time before intervening in someone else's country you need to get there, and only by sea can you achieve so. Thus, the paramount importance lies within this process, the maritime transport of your troops, as well as defence against any threats that will endanger it. As once the transport is sunken the troops are pretty much down there as well, the role of the navy has become greatly underappreciated, underrated and under-received while it is in fact the life-corridor of your troops. Thus, recognizing the importance for maritime domination and security, an exercise of the naval field is necessary to ensure UCI members are capable of collaborative interoceanic intervention.
