Admittedly, I know almost nothing about raiding or defending. Are there protocols? Are there norms? Ethics? I have no idea. Thus, blithely, I post this message as a naive attempt at courtesy, to the general raiding/defending community...
Tip: I know a region with "Moderate" Regional Power, founderless for many months, with an aloof WA Delegate (possessing only five endorsements), and just two or three active members since the New Year. It is named Regionale.
