Welcome!!!!!!! Surprised to see you here. Guess advertising this in the region does help get new people to sing (nice pun there) up then.

I'll make sure to get my votes in soon.

With constant turmoil within RTI plaguing the comeback entry, current Izmeduan entrant Hajdar Husnjak has recently announced a voluntary withdrawal from WorldVision 48, citing 'differences in creative vision' as the primary reason. Recent Izmeduan press has burrowed deeper into the issue, and it was discovered that the renewed radio silence from RTI was caused by the lack of a shared vision between Hajdar and the new RTI team dedicated to WorldVision. Caught on camera, one RTI executive has been caught off the cuff saying (translated from Izmeduan) 'Hajdar is completely uncooperative, no sense of what the WorldVision stage deals with at all. He's delusional, thinks his song is worthy of that critical acclaim when nobody cares.' The executive was then promptly fired from the channel.

RTI has elected not to withdraw the nation from WorldVision 48 and has organized a quick submission process geared mostly towards industry professionals. Up-and-coming pop singer Ivana Jeroncic was chosen to sing with the new entry, "Confessions" (Tune: Marina Kaye - Freeze You Out). This marks the second time since WorldVision 44 that Izmedu has changed entries prior to the selection of the hosts.

(A bit quick and dirty, but I am changing tunes once again. I liked my old one, but I got nothing from it when it came to conceiving it as an entry. This song's haunted me for an edition now, so I thought to use it.)

I liked that flag. But I said that the flag would change back. The flag was to promote "winning" and it helped.

IC;

Yes, it was. Adolphus (our prime minister) said he'd change the flag until we won something (like my regional football league) in order to change it back. He also said that the WV Song would be about issues that are not spoken about usually. In Parrot-talk, my WV48 entry, there is a line, "Pin prick and enter my veins" which links back to this movement.

SHENZIYARI NUCLEAR MELTDOWN AND DAKARIYYA MASS GRAVES NATIONAL PARK AND CONTAINMENT ZONE
Kasanova-Koratica bids for host!

Image

Welcome to the beautiful wilderness of Kasanova-Koratica! A change from the noise and traffic involved with most WorldVision hosts, the Shenziyari Nuclear Meltdown and Dakariyya Mass Graves National Park and Containment Zone (SNMDMGNPCZ) is the ideal next location for the prestigious international song event. Its stunning natural beauty, crushing emotional weight, plethora of charming and unique wildlife, and total lack of nearby civilization make it truly an experience like no other. It'll be great!

THINGS TO DO

Image
Discover a new grave!

There many things to do in the SNMDMGNPCZ! Camp out! Grill! Explore the natural wonders of the area! Make amateur erotic videos! Or professional ones! Build a treehouse! Start a wildfire! See the mass graves! Party under the stars! Visit the meltdown site! See the unique animals and plants of the containment zone, like the mighty fearsome DETHKLAAHH! Rock climb up the sheer cliff faces! Slide down the sheer cliff faces! Yodel into the wilderness! Find inspiration! Get rid of that friend you never liked! The options are limitless!

Image
Such natural beauty! Such a fun playground!

THE VENUE/STAGE

Image
Look at all that seating room!

People like to talk about how many people can fit in the venue. Well, our venue is all that the light touches as seen from the peak of Mount Serayanna, which happens to be the stage! Millions can see the performers- it's perfect! Binoculars and telescopes will be available upon request.
Now the stage effects are really great. Depending on the weather, rain, snow, wind, mist, smoke, and even lava effects are possible to make any performance a stunning one! Anything is possible! Even transfigurations!

TRANSPORTATION

Image

Since the SNMDMGNPCZ is so out of the way, the only way you can get there is by plane. In fact, from the moment you arrive while skydiving from a small plane, you'll be having the adventure of your life!
Within the park, transportation ranges from portable bikes, pack animals, or even your own two (or more) feet! Maybe even arms, if you swing that way! (haha do you get it? "swing"? haha)

ACCOMMODATIONS

Image
You too can live like a hobbit!

Live naturally! Dugouts, caves, and natural shelters abound in the SNMDMGNPCZ- you can have the pick of the lot! If you're feeling sophisticated, you can always pitch a tent or even a tipi or a wigwam! Enjoy the evening breezes as you sleep, and wake up to an array of friendly natural neighbors greeting you in the morning- living close to nature has its charms! Better yet- they're free!

POSTCARDS

Image

The postcards will be written in the sand on the beach at Lake Myrabela. Here's a picture of one for the nation of Help!
Isn't it a wonderfully budget- and environmentally friendly solution? We're excited to show you the beauty and wonder of the Shenziyari Nuclear Meltdown and Dakariyya Mass Graves National Park and Containment Zone!

Vote for us! Yay!

I'd like to update my song entry- It will now be called 'Brave', and set to the tune of Change, by Emmelie de Forest. Same IC performers and broadcasters.

Also, I noticed I was entered as 'Lapolska'- this is not my IC name. My IC name is Luepola, please fix : D

THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JARROD HARMANN
Worldvision 48 Song Presentation

Jarrod: Good night, Titans! Welcome to The Tonight Show with me, Jarrod Harmann! Tonight's episode is very special, because this live episode is available in streaming anywhere. One of the tonight's guests will be our upcoming representation for Worldvision Song Contest. She's only 23, but she is already inspiring us with her story and she's very vocal especially about mental health and teen bullying. She also is one of the best vocalists Titaniumland ever had. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, the beautiful, Aria Banks!

Crowd cheers, Aria comes from backstage.
Aria: Hello, best friend!
Jarrod: Good night, Aria! You look very beautiful today!
Aria: Thank you! Give it up for my styling and makeup team.
Jarrod: So, you will be representing Titaniumland for the WSC, right?
Aria: Yes, yes.
Jarrod: How did it go?
Aria: So, creative director of TNT, Mr. Alex Weismann contacted me and offered me. Without any doubt, I said yes right on the spot.
Jarrod: Why did you agree, like, very fast?
Aria: Being on WSC is one of the biggest dreams. And also, through that I hope that people around the world will see as a real artist. I'm no longer playing, I'm ready to step up my game and earn it.
Jarrod: What is the title of the entry?
Aria: "Pioneer". It was written by me and the geniuses in Titaniumlandian music, Gabriel Moore, Alexandra Weisz and also Marina Bre, who once represented Titaniumland at the WSC.
Jarrod: What can we expect from it?
Aria: You'll hear it soon, very soon. I'm performing here on stage tonight. No need to tease, you will find out soon.
(Crowd cheers)
Jarrod: I can't wait! Okay, so, let's take a look at the single cover of the song.
(Jarrod shows the copy of the single cover which you can find at the bottom of this post; Crowd cheers)
Jarrod: This is beautiful!
Aria: It is! This photo is shot by Mark Jamie, the resident photographer of Titaniumland's Next Top Model.
Jarrod: Mark's work are undoubtedly amazing! He also shot for the People Magazine featuring me! Seems like anyone cares but anyway whose idea is this?
Aria: [laughs] Originally, this is one of the rejected photos from my photoshoot with Harper's Bazaar Titans. So, yeah. This idea is Mark's and also mine.
Jarrod: Brilliant! Back to the song, "Pioneer", can you tell us the story behind the song?
Aria: This song is about someone who takes a huge part in your life. The song came up when I recorded my upcoming second studio album. Me, Gabriel, Alexandra, and Marina wrote some songs in the studio, and this song just came up of our mind. When I get a chance to pick which song I should perform at the WSC, I instantly pick this song. This song is kind of songs that I will never get bored singing it live. So yeah!
Jarrod: Amazing! I just can't wait for "Pioneer" and your new album. Can you tease us about your upcoming album? You won't perform the whole album tonight, will you?
Aria: [laughs] Of course not! My album will be more mature than my debut self-titled album. It also features geniuses musicians and songwriters. I'm done recording and writing it. I just can't wait for everyone to hear it. It will hopefully come out in July.
Jarrod: What will it be called?
Aria: Secret. Wait for the official announcement.
Jarrod: Such a tease. Aria, better prepare for your performance. And also, viewers, prepare your ears, heart, eyes, everything for such an incredible performance by Aria. We'll back after the break.

*Commercial break*
Jarrod: A talented young singer and also my best best best best friend is performing her brand new single, and also the entry for the 48th Worldvision called "Pioneer". Give it up for Aria Banks!

Well, no that we have had three bids since WV40, we can revert back to our normal system of 12, 10, 8 points. I'll put up the rules in around 6 hours.

Gertrude approves that last bid, but she is quite upset in living inside a burrow of all places. The hotels of Talvezout and Normandy and Picardy (is that three places or two?) would be much better.
