The Republic of Monahtan would like to extend its congratulations to the Holy Imperial States at their ability to change their government. I hope this will lead our nations into a new era of diplomatic discussions possibly leading to embassy establishment, trade agreements, and perhaps in the future, non-aggression pacts and treaties.

The Republican Military is currently fighting on three fronts and we cannot dispatch peacekeeping forces to your region for your nation's security, however, you have my guarantee that should an enemy nation invade your sovereign territory, the Republic will defend you.

The Socialist Sovereignty of Telemia recognizes this Holy Empire's succession to power and wishes the country a blesséd and prosperous existence within this world.

Kanzler Ulrick wishes it known that Telemia will observe the Holy Imperial States' progression, but will not intercede unless there is a request under dire need, or until it is seen fit to provide militant strength through Telemian arms. Our judgement of "need", however, is significantly stronger than most nations, being that we won't join a fight just because the aggressor has slightly more population than the victim.
