I don't think that when you test nuclear weapons you target a civilian area. At least not a large one.

Usually, it is standard to state which kind of uranium bomb you prefer, such as H-Bomb, Little Boy variety, Jupiter missile, etc.

According to recent checks on the nations nuclear arsenal inventory, it seemed everything was accounted for. Although there were some discrepancies in the inventory catalogue when compared to last years count, it appears that 3 suitcase portable low yield nukes were missing.

If these are found in your nations airports, ferryports e.t.c. please notify the ministry of defence of the UoR. And we'll leave the missing nukes to your nations authorities to dismantle. These weapons are of a bygone age and you're welcome to copy the innovative design, we'll make corrections to our stockpile accordingly after being notified.
