I like to call it capitalism because markets and competition still exists. Although the only difference is that institutions have a lot of emphasis on helping startups, inventive aspirants and other bright minds rather than solidifying the assets of existing big businesses. Banks are weakened, trust laws are heavy and patentship licenses or intellectual property rights are easy to acquire while violations are deemed as anti competitive ergo sanctioned with heavy fines and business penalties.

It's actually because Terten wanted to unleash creative power in the most efficient way yet at the same time took into mind that not everyone is creative so he still allowed the "rule players" to participate in the competitive system in their own way. Others compete through their ability to amass quantity while others compete through their ability to create quality. It's a free for all system.
