I'm afraid IESP might be at the end of it's line :/ IESP 3 was only kept alive by the surge of Atlasians, IESP 4 was promising but the host disappeared...

Yeah. Unfortunately that could be the case. Unless in an unlikely turn of events it somehow got a perk in interest and was revived.
