The government of the Dutch Democratic Republic stands by the Seedarik government, by manner of a decision of the Supreme Court, in her rejection of compulsion in gender diversity. It wishes the Seedarik people all the best in striving towards a peaceful resolution to all conflicts that have been caused so recently.

That said, there is considerable interest in the 'Female Birth Serum' among Knootian scientists. Might you perhaps enlighten us as to the scientific basis behind the creation of this serum, and perhaps send us some samples? There is potential profit in marketing a drug that would help define the gender of a potential child. If the serum is found to be scientifically sound, there are Knootian businesses that would be happy to share a percentage of the profits with your nations' government.

The New Axiom High Strategos authorizes the use of nuclear weapons against industrial targets, more specifically the production centers for this serum. As a result, the 35th Bomber Wing flies over Seedarik wth a heavy fighter escort, and proceed to drop large yield nuclear weapons on cities containing production centers. At least six bombers and eight fighters are lost to defensive military forces. Overall, the mission was a success, with all the production centers nothing more than radioactive glass.

This illegal act of foreign aggression against innocent civilians and unarmed government scientists has put Seedar in DEFCON 5 and has resulted in a declaration of war issued against New Axiom. 20% of the people viciously murdered by the New Axiom terrorists were children under the age of 12. All reserve forces have been activated to continue our fight against this heinous foreign aggression. Seedars planetary defense system has been activated, preventing any WMDs from entering Seedarik airspace, after this tragedy at the hands of tyrants.

What applies to Escanthea applies to New Axiom. The Heidenheiman Parliament has voted in favor of war. While we have no nukes or other WMDs of our own in our arsenal we stand behind South East Europe, known also by the self-designation Seedar, in conventional war against both, if the Seedarik government accepts our assistance.

It has come to my attention the disturbing breach of human rights that has occurred within your nation upon the announcement of the reverted "Female Birthright Act." I am troubled to hear of this practice that manipulates the natural order of life and preempts the human being's- whom is being born- right to exist as God intended them to live. This also undermines the core family values of families throughout the world by creating maimed persons that exist outside the spectrum of nature. This is a gross reversion and must be stopped immediately.

Upon consultation with the Ackular of the Realm of Achesia, we have decided that the most prudent course forward is to being immediate economic sanctions and trade embargoes against South East Europe. Additionally upon the convening of the next Pan-Septentrion Council we will be addressing region wide embargo and sanctions against South East Europe. Please re-consider your position on this issue.

We have found this recent act of forcing more female births over male births to be in violation of previous legislation, banning the forced genetic modification against an individual's will. After further investigation, a bigoted politician committed legislature fraud in an attempt to pass her extreme viewpoints onto the rest of society, her and her accomplices have been arrested on charges of treason and all participating scientists have had their medical licenses revoked and banned from ever practicing Medicine or science again. However, the unjustified use of illegal weapons against Seedar and refusal to use diplomatic means to fix this situation has resulted in our inability to revoke any declarations of war we have made.
