From the desk of President Wilson of the Union of Soviet Socialist Enclaves
For the last two years, the National Soviet of the USSE has been engaged in a series of tortuous debates on our palce in the international community. Since the revolution of 1956, aside from occasional purchases of military equipment from our fellow socialists, this nation has been isolated, focused on the problems of establishing a nation free of the inequalities of our backwards colonial past. Finally, on January the 27th of this year, representatives of all four local Enclave soviets came to a unanimous agreement. It is because of this decision that I am permitted to write this message of friendship to the people of the world: the Enclaves are ready to take their place in this community, as a responsible and reliable friend to all who love justice and equality.
To this end, a great effort is being made by the Red Guard Revolutionary Engineers in clearing a large area of forest in a suitable plot of land agreed upon by the soviets, to establish a new settlement that will house embassies of all nations, situated within 20 miles of New London. Any nation that wishes to exchange embassies with us is most welcome to do so.
President Wilson, presiding officer of the national Soviet of the Union of Soviet Socialist Enclaves
