Greetings to all of the world(s) that we inhabit. The French Ambassadorial Chancellery, otherwise known as the Foreign Affairs wing of government, has noted a large spike of conflicts and skirmishes between sovereign and non-sovereign entities as of late, along with the prosecution of minorities for various (sometimes sanctioned) reasons.
Due to the profitable nature of some disputes between both sides, the French Empire hereby and hitherto declares a new programme in effect for all nations of the world(s) to apply: the French Foreign Intervention and Aid Programme. Details will be listed with the document clipped to this message.

The French Foreign Intervention and Aid Programme is a new program for the Empire de Francais, also known as the French Empire, to spread its power projection, foreign relations, economic prowess, and ally-assistance, through peaceful or militarily means condoned by an applicant nation. The Intervention and Aid Programme aims to create a strong and firm request of dependence and assistance between the French Empire and all nations that apply for a type of intervention below. We wish for strong co-operation with all whom apply, and we hope for an age of diplomatic progression and peace for the entire world, and our generations to come.
The Benefits of the Programme
If your nation is currently under economic, diplomatic, or military stress, and if we see your nation in both a positive light AND a potential dependency or partner, you can apply for French intervention and/or aid. There are many benefits that will arise from having a potential application to the Great Napoleonic French Empire for assistance.
- Your nation can request for economic aid, if your nation is suffering a minor to debilitating depression.
- Your nation can ask for natural resource aid, ONLY if you lack a large amount of said natural resource. We can build green energy facilities with no limit for you, however.
- Your nation an request for military aid against an offending nation. However, if you have not applied for an embassy in the French Empire and asked for a military alliance treaty, we have full right to deny your request for any reason.
- If you ARE in a treaty between the French Empire and your nation dealing with a military alliance, we will almost never refuse your plea. Please visit the French Ambassadorial Chancellery for more information.
- Your nation can ask for industrial aid, if you are unable to develop factories and refineries to use with your (natural) resources.
- Your nation can ask for scientific innovation aid, as long as said innovation does not breach French ethics (i.e no full-human cloning, homosexual reproduction via surrogate mothers).
- We can provide humanitarian aid if your nation has been subjected to a natural (self-explanatory) or artificial (nuclear plant explosion) disaster .
- Your nation's armed forces can apply for training and cooperation, being trained and guided by our Army, Navy, Air Force, and Special Operation taskforces.
- Your entity can apply for sovereign recognizance by the French Empire; such a recognizance alone warrants prestige by other independent nations.
- Your businesses can apply for expansion into our demesne. However, this can also be set in stone via our Embassy program.
- Your nation can apply for military bases upon French soil, but ONLY if said nation is viewed in a positive light and/or is an ally via the Embassy program.
- Your nation can apply for trade aid, with your nation explaining the products needed and our Empre delivering said products in a normal economic manner.
Programme Rules
- A nation CANNOT ask for assistance with developing weapons of mass destruction, unless said nation voluntarily partakes in a rigorous investigation beforehand AND is viewed in a positive manner.
- A nation CANNOT ask for assistance when dealing with a nation, whether militarily or non-militarily, that is similar in culture and language to the French Empire, unless we see them as blatant impostors.
- A nation CANNOT ask for assistance when dealing with a nation that is exceedingly differing from their normal tech level (for example, asking as an MT nation to defend against FT alien overlords).
- A nation CANNOT ask for scientific innovation assistance if it breaches the ethics and morals of the French Empire. We are Franco-Nicene Catholic and conservative, so do not ask us to help develop seamless ways for sex changes, womb therapy, or other controversial scientific issues.
- A nation CANNOT ask for economic assistance, if they have an economy vastly different from any form of capitalism or feudalism. Exceptions may be made.
- We will deny all business applications that conduct research and make products that are deemed morally and ethically controversial.
- Our humanitarian aid program is ran by volunteers from the Franco-Nicene Catholic Church; if your nation is heavily secularized or has instituted state atheism and/or is Christophobic, we will be unable to assist with the majority of our humanitarian aid resources. Alien species/nations are exempt in FT situations.
