What is the WNPO?

The WNPO is a international organization that supports the advancement of Nuclear Power and its prospects. Nuclear power is clean, effient, and powerful and WNPO is a place for fellow like minded nations to join and become a member of. WNPO will be set up to also help nations that want to switch towards Nuclear Power but cannot afford it in full, the WNPO Donation System for member nations that are more well off and place donations into to help other less fortunate nations to build up their Nuclear Power grid. In finally, the WNPO meets yearly with the Energy Ministers from all countries to discuss the future of Nuclear Power and Procurement.

Loans can be offered at a decided principal and duration by the secretariat and at fixed at a interest rate of 2% for all members, and 5% for all observers. Loans are typically advised on all projects above $5bil.
Grants can be offered, but they are mainly for small-medium sized project and objective funding such as below $5bil you are requesting, only members can apply for grants.

The Research Division in the WNPO is for the advancement of Nuclear Power in finding new ways for procurement and upgrades to current nuclear power facilities of membership states. It works on funds set forth by the secretariat on the advise of the general body, and all discoveries and progress of the Research Division of the WNPO is published for member states to use and advance upon.

In conjunction with the Founder and Research Director the following budget has been established with the interim $1 billion budget allocated by the Founder. The budget for the Prague Research Headquarters building has been increased to hire a additional 25 researchers.

The following is the overview budget;

So half the reason I'm here is to stick in a wedge. And also trading nuclear reactor technology, if anyone was interested in compact thorium reactors.

I would be willing to sell several, but as the coolant is quite pricey due to the containment, they're... expensive, and also government secrets. I would be willing to sell several, but as the coolant is quite pricey due to the containment, they're... expensive, and also government secrets. Not that having members of this thread getting together and showing what technology they have so we know what we're working with; the proliferation of nuclear energy can't go forth without proper knowledge, after all.

True, within my Energy Budget I have $2 billion for procurement and contracts, its already pretty slim hopefully its within that amount or will I have to open into my budget allowance? xD
